Some advice for all my fellow forumites. If an ICO is started by unknown developers in the community then dont invest any BTC or ETH in them. You will be scammed.
Do your research and know the people behind them. A good example of a safe ICO to invest into is CVC. Its CEO, Vinny Lingham is known in the BTC community and would less likely to be a scammer.

There are many other projects, like omg pay everex change bank and so on. But i think change will be success.Because it is said that change got govenment and several banks' supports.

my understanding is:
The first project, that lets businesses pay to use their own cryptocurrency, claiming alipay will support, but there is no doubt that the approval of such payment service necessarily require the central bank, and the alipay said they will not serve the cryptocurrency in future;
The second project, the site is very simple but very nice, only a white paper, through the App and the card, to the merchant to pay when the exchange for the local currency, the risk is smaller than the first project, before there are singapore's tenx and monaco case similar to it, can this project compare with tenx / monaco?
The third project, seemingly not only can pay, that merchant use their pos machine to sell cryptocurrency, is a card and electronic wallet, so that ordinary people in the store will be able to quickly buy and sell cryptocurrency, and feel this is quite interesting, product seems to have also launched, there is a not small airdrop setting;
is there any other recommend? and how to choose
