I am thinking to implement a Quantum 2048 bits GPUs to facilitate the initiatives. Endup the day I must help the people who have lost their Bttcoin and give it back to the real owners.

You might wanna go through this thread. We enjoyed discussing about how Quantum computing can help.
You also need to understand how blockchain works and how an unique hash is produced each time you even breath in the Blockchain space!

SHA-256 All Possible Combination & Breaking the code Hypothesis

Not sure if you are really Satoshi or not (!), but you may also wanna begin here:

Blockchain - Understanding it step by step.

Though I have started the topic with beginners guide, there are expert comments on the thread. You should read it one by one. They are from the peeps who actually understand the core of blockchain so it may help you understand its impossible to get back whats lost in the crypto space.

So It is my duty to find a solution.

But why? Why is it YOUR duty to find a solution? What can you offer that no one else can?
As it is clear that you do not know anything about quantum computing or blockchain technology, I do not see how it would be your duty to find a solution.

If the Bitcoin developers has no concern about it then I must do my best to solve the problems.

In all likelihood, your "best" will not even come close to being enough.

Nothing lasts forever
If you are thinking to use quantum computer to get back the lost bitcoin of people then you are basically cracking the bitcoin blockchain.
This will not only allow you to get back the bitcoin from the hackers but will make you eligible to hack the bitcoins from any wallet you want.
Ofcourse this is just a imagination for now because currently there is no quantum computer that can break the bitcoin network as of yet.
We don't know how long it will take for that to become possible but may be then a better protocol will be implemented on the bitcoin network to make it more secure and private.

This one is honestly partially true, every single event would have different outlines thus at the end you won't really be having a straight away solution to process this as needed.
At the same time most hackers would be using mixing services which inturn can make it even more difficult to pin point, even after that there comes the governmental bodies ofcourse, the cryptocurrencies should be legal at that point that is the only way you would be able to proceed through it.
Quantum Computers definately can provide the edge over everything but at the same time they are not as easily accessible.
What if the person who stole your bitcoins directly have already sold it to other people through p2p and there are additional on chain transactions.
This is definately a difficult task to find your stolen coins and get them back . That's why it's wiser to move forward and take a step back to actually use time to protect your already existing bitcoins and make sure you won't have to go through all this.

I know quantum computation is a hard work and time consuming but there are different types of Quantum computational logic for different grade of processing. The main problem now days the Bitcoin user facing is forgetting their private or losing it from their hard wallet. So I am thinking to provide a solution for it so Bitcoin will not get lost from circulation. Suppose some put all his money into Bitcoin and lost the private key or some has stolen his computer. It is very hard for him. So It is my duty to find a solution. If the Bitcoin developers has no concern about it then I must do my best to solve the problems.

Thanks for your concern and contribution.

Look op, unless the amount stolen is huge enough like the bitfinex hack that was just solved a few weeks ago or has enough number of people complaining about it to actually catch the attention of the authorities, I do not think it can be easily found. Mainly because the time and effort needed to look for the hacker is not a joke. And I highly doubt that you'd find someone or a team whom are capable enough that would actually take such a job if they are not personally involved or being paid a huge sum. And quantum computers aren't easily built, - just so you know.

I am thinking to implement a Quantum 2048 bits GPUs to facilitate the initiatives.

I have a feeling you have no idea what a quantum computer is, not even going to touch the GPU part but why 2048 bits?
We're talking quantum right, so that would be qubits!
But I think that you would have better chances with an 8 pound wrench as long as you know who the thief is.

Endup the day I must help the people who have lost their Bttcoin and give it back to the real owners.

If somebody has lost his private key, the only way to prove ownership how are you going to find out who is the real owner or he just claims so?

And that's Jesus, right, Moses?  Cheesy

Hey, I am Who I Am, dont worry about if whether I have  knowledge about Quantum Computer, You know, 2048 Bits GPUs can do the jobs to find the private key which I have designed it even beofre the Bitcoin reach Internet.

Well, yes, you are quite right but not Botcoin Jesus but the real Jesus who was not a fatherless child born in the cowshed.

Trust me, I am Moses, Bitcoin Moses. My profession is Quatum Computation. When I designed the Bitcoin mining algorithm and GPU for Bitcoin Mining, Bitcoin Jesus was not there, I just added him for a Joke in the Bitcoin community, but my Joke has become reality. Now yes and no,  even Jesus cannot access to the lost BTC Private key but I can create a Brown Fox to jump over the fence to make the transaction with my original code, I mean Bitcoin Code not QT.

Buy on Amazon with Crypto
I recently did analytics on bitcoin wallet hacking using quantum computers. As long as the bitcoins are safe.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.59523925

I'm worried about another problem. Most of the pools in the USA, Most of the exchanges in the US, Oteny large volume of bitcoin trading in the US. If one day their politicians want to make the most successful financial transaction, they will raise the price of bitcoin to high prices, sell their reserves, and then decide to ban it. Bitcoin will live, but its price may fall dozens of times.

Bitcoin is lost in the sense that you lose the key = find the key somehow. I don't know if the brute force method really works to find only 1 privekey out of 2^256 present (cmiiw). It's like looking for a needle in a haystack.
Bitcoin is stolen in the sense it is moved from your address = find the thief somehow. The most accurate way is to get in touch the legal authorities. If they're materialist enough, you won't be served if you lose only a small amount. LOL

Conclusion > not really recoverable, there is only a possibility that it can be recovered

Maybe quantum computers will end bitcoin's journey, idk.

There is a way to getback all your lost or stolen Bitcoin !

Yes, I know that many peoples have lost their Bitcoin and some havven hacked by the hackers. Lost and stolen Bitcoin are in the the Bitcoin Blockchain Network. Some people say you never will get back your lost or stolen Bitcoin. Thats not really true. Bitcoin reside in the Bitcoin Address in the Network. It does not go out of the Bitcoin Network.  Therefore any body who has lost their Bitcoin can get it back. Crude infortions are required in order to process the investigation. The best way you can get your Bitcoin back is to find some one who is expert in the Bitcoin Core Blockchain Network. Remind you, Bitcoin Core and Bitcoin Core Blockchain Network are two different things. Bitcoin Core is the front line of the Bitcoin Network but Bitcoin Blockchain is the secure Database where all the Bitcoin transactions are originally stored. Only one person can access to the Bitcoin Core Blockchain data storage. I am thinking to implement a Quantum 2048 bits GPUs to facilitate the initiatives. Endup the day I must help the people who have lost their Bttcoin and give it back to the real owners.
