a lot of news that appeared for the 30th of september will there be closing of buying and selling sites in china, is there any effect to bitcoin in the market

That's the deadline that was given to them in able to close and shutdown those exchanges in China. There can possible effect but we are used to it, we are sick of being affected with the China's bitcoin market. But for now, we are endured with this scenario. Still there's no sureness on this event, I'm even looking for the fork instead of these closures of China's local exchanges.

We still don't know what they're gonna do about these icos. They said 30 september first and then they didn'te repeat it. Everything can happen honestly.

They can totally cut the activities of those projects.

And seeing those tweets by the CEO of big exchanges in China, it's a real incident and they are stopping their exchange operation. This is the last day and they completely stopped their operations but we'll wait up until the end of this October or even earlier if there will be a rebounding of the said decision of PBoC about the close of these exchanges because they might give another chance after making regulations for them.

Most probably I think it would bring crypto a little dump. That being said, I still think that the closure of buying and selling sites in China would somehow lessen users from China but nonetheless, it will have a good impact on bitcoin because manipulation brought about by Chinese would be lessened. Of course even if they will close local exchanges there, they can still trade bitcoin via international exchanges like bittrex, poloniex, and more.
While Chinese users will indeed be able to continue to trade on other exchanges, I think the concern is how do they exchange their cryptos for yuan?  For many users, particularly investors, if they can't convert to fiat, they're not going to be interested.  I'm sure there would still be ways, for example they might be able to convert to USD or EUR and then exchange that for yuan, but I would think that that would not be worth it for smaller investors.  I'm sure the large miners will figure something out, but it may cost a lot more to convert.

I think this is already accounted in the last price drop. It is either investors have already transferred to a new exchange outside china or they are holding their bitcoins in their own wallet. I do not see any price development but going up by now.

there's only a small panic at the end of this month at least in spite of the dump it's only briefly and will be re-popping in a few days, just a little effect will happen so just relax facing this month and next month.

since all these news came out way before the 30th of September there should not be any change in price left to be seen on that date apart from a bigger price rise because the news will be behind us.

it is like earlier this year when China announced they will close exchanges. price fell then recovered a little. then exchanges were closed and right on the same day price went up and in less than week we had a new ATH.

If the news are true then the answers is yes. Whether we like it or not it will affect the price of bitcoins. Bitcoin is volatile and can be affected by external factors like the what china did recently when they ban the ICO's. A simple thing as that has greatly affected the price of btc. And by closing the buying and selling sites the value of btc will surely drop. But don't be swayed by that China is only doing that to manipulate the market so when the price drop their people or even politicians will buy btc at much lower price then after it they will allow ICO's and exchange again so they will profit big time from it.
I agree that the closing of the Chinese exchanges will affect the price of bitcoin, but will it surely drop from here?  It may, but it also may not.  Price crashed when it was first revealed that China was going to cut off bitcoin trading on speculation that such news would result in a price drop.  So at least some of that is already baked into the current price.  It may drop more as exchanges close, but it's also possible that everyone who was going to sell has already done so, which could lead to a rally instead.
Bitcoin is not only for Chinese people, when China bans it ,it doesn't mean that btc will be gone, there are more countries whose implementing btc and it will be enough to make btc recover and move on.

You already know the answer to your question I think, of course there is because the market will shaken off with that buying and selling of cryptocurrencies if that event will truly happen. But I think if the price of bitcoin will goes down after that date then I think not as most of the people of China that is involved in Bitcoin is smart enough to think that this is the future of digital currency and selling it without thinking the future will make them regret their decisions.

I think if there is an important date that will cause the massive price volatility of bitcoin will occur is when SegWit2x Hard Fork will start at late October to Mid-November as many people will surely ride the shake especially those whales that is playing the price of bitcoin and cryptocurrency market.
