I can't still see your point/stand to be valid, as the person you mention being TRUMP, has a long history of him being a racist, and it is recorded in his speeches. This person has been proven to be racist for telling that he would ban Muslims from entering the state, accuse the judge itself for being a Mexican, and even calling the virus as "Kung FLU?".
But I can say that some people who accuse someone to be racist are racist themselves, but this isn't true for everyone. Stereotyping can't be easily diminished, and this stereotypiing are turning to racist in this age.
1) Trump is racist, no matter what you believe, the history, documents and his speeches states that he is indeed racist
2) Yes, I support you with that all people no matter of what race, "CRIMINALS" should be treated in the same heights, but if the situation is recorded, the happenings is recorded, and this "Equal" is not served, then it is not right no matter what. Also, all individuals are innocents until proven guilty.
3) You do know about "DUE PROCESS" right?, this should be served to all people with no race to be involve. You can't disregard the facts that many of people in color doesn't even have the chance to experience this. They haven't even given the chance to defend themselves from accusation.
4) Also about the BLM you're saying, I think as I remember, It sparks when George floyd died, not by accident, but by a police who knees his next til he die. You can't say that the act is not racist, cause the officer is a "white" while the victim is "black". The whole situation is recorded so you have no rebuttal for this one.
