Every big AI (Articial Intelligence) & AI related stuff must be Monitored by the public just like Bitcoin transactions are monitored on Blockchain. No more secrecy for public institutions and large corporations.
We don't really need to know who owns what... all we need is to constantly monitor all AI activities on the planet.
No one should be allowed ownership of AI without being monitored.
Surveillance cameras must be installed on all AI facilities and live streamed to the Internet.
Any government or private/public institution caught withholding any information on its AI program must be fined or the leadership put in prison?.
