I once saw a post where someone was asking for donation for Ukraine. I barely recall what the trucks they intended to buy would be used for. I'm researching innovtive ways people have used Bitcoin. Can you share your experience of innovative use of BTC?

The trucks are usually used to carry humanitarian supplies from one location to another.
Most of the vloggers out there will collect for means of transport, like Toyotas HILUX or simple vans that are not used for agression, however these are absolutely critical to evacuate soldiers and to keep the supplies for both soldiers and sometimes the local population that simply cannot or will not evacuate.
There are however some out there that will request funding for more deadly stuff like drones and similar equipment. Any of this help the war effort, but maybe some people will not be confortable with funding weapons, but want to help.
