Take it apart and swap the red/black wires? Lol  Grin Grin Grin

That, actually is a brilliant idea! Too late, but brilliant.

Ah, okay, I'll check that out. Thank you!

A thought, I have a Corsair CX600, and all I am powering is one Cube with it, could I use one of the other, unused connectors to power a case fan? I've never built a desktop (though I've ripped apart enough laptops to make my fingers bleed), so I'm not sure which connectors do what.

Any ideas for that?
Yep, certainly - that's what I do with a lot of my addon fans.  You just need a 4-pin molex to 3-pin fan header adapter, or some fans can take molex directly.

Any you particularly recommend? Ideally that take molex directly?

Lisa: "While you were gone, I got some really good advice from twib2!"

Homer: [awed] "Twib2...Is there anything he doesn't know?"

Or you could try the Coolerguys 120mm fan that I have? It runs off 5V USB like that one, a think a bit bigger but there is no speed control and the finger grille is only one side.

Either way the coolerguys one looks a lot better, and less chunky without the knob. Like any USB fan it is slower than a case fan though as USB cannot provide as much power.

P.S. Coolerguys is on the UK amazon, check and see if they sell where you are

Does anyone know offhand whether the lil' 80mm USB Thermaltake fan:

http://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00080G0BK

can be unscrewed and the speed control placed on the other side? It doesn't ~look~ like much of an issue, but I also don't want 37 little bits that I have to build a jig (not doing) to get back together. I want to attach it to a rig, but that knob is in the way.

Thank you.
