Most likely it's because you already have the native Theta tokens that run on the new Blockchain. It's not an ERC20 token anymore that's why the transaction will not show up on etherscan/ethplorer, only in Theta explorer. Same as your balance in MEW because it supported the ERC20 token from before, not the mainnet.

The swap happened on the supported wallet and exchanges, Binance included. If you're not aware, you can check this blog from the team and the announcement about the launch.

I'm not really sure if you can get your tokens back, the best thing you can do is contact Theta support team directly for assistance.

That's exactly what is going on! I contacted Theta support and they said I will gain my access back once Ledger Nano will support "new" Theta.
Thank you for your help!
No problem. It's good to hear that you'll be getting your tokens.
Since you already got an answer, you can now lock the thread using the lock topic link located on the bottom left corner of this page.

4 days ago I've sent some Theta Token from Binance to Ledger Nano S using MyEtherWallet. I used the same address that I always use sending any ERC20 tokens.
Few minutes later transaction status was "completed" on Binance and "finalized" on Theta explorer. However it was not visible on MEW. I tried few different eth scanners and they all show my other tokens exept Theta. Yesterday I've sent very small amount of Theta to the same address to see what's gonna happen and it was added to my Theta balance when checked on theta explorer but still invisible in ether scan and MEW. Does anyone have idea what the hell is going on and how can I access my Theta?
I use new MEW interface so all the tokens are there automatically and didn't have to add contract number and decimals in order to see it. Theta is there with 0 balance.
Are you sure you entered into the real Binance exchange? There are lot of close sites are created to scam us.

Can you provide your TX id of your transaction to know what is the status of your transaction if it is still unconfirmed then your balance will get update once transaction confirmed or you lost your tokens buddy.

I checked receiving address few times and it's good. Like I said Theta explorer is showing proper balance. Txid works only in theta explorer, doesn't exist if pasted in etherscan. I'm so frustrated...

And yes, I entered real Binance exchange

I'm not too much aware of these and how etherscan works. If you don't mind, can you please check the address where you sent Theta token? Recently a copy/paste malware is trying to change your copied address and replace by hacker's address.
