We cannot blame them because they don't know you, even though you send them letter for help and explain them what is your problem, they can't easily give you money. Try to understand, so many people has a problem like you.

I'm a 21-year-old college student. They say Bitcoin is an invention that will change the world and benefit mankind. In the past two months, I wrote dozens of emails to the leaders and celebrities in this field to try to raise money for my sister's surgery which can save her life. But they all choose a silent treatment, there was no reply. The same thing happened on Twitter. It seems that all they concerned about is how to fish for fame and compliments. Maybe this is the real world.

May God heal your sister and help rebuild her life.  I will said you have to put your trust in God and not celebrities or political office holders, as he would makes ways when it seems to be no ways. People are not ready to help this days because of the system that we have built over time.

There are several reason why Rule 7 is applied to this forum ---> http://prntscr.com/kcumcl

1. It is a way of Spamming.
2. People will lie and steal to get money. {even lie about a sister that does not exist}
3. This is not a charity organization.

I know OP might be the exception and he might be talking the truth, but who will be able to "verify" that and how do you bend

the rule for one person and not for the millions of other people, who are suffering the same fate? I am not unsympathetic to

his cause, but I am also realistic about the end result, if this was allowed. Sorry my friend, but the way you are attacking

"Bitcoin" celebs is not the way to get people to support your cause.  Roll Eyes

What the fuck? Who do you think you are to go around begging people for money? They don't owe you anything. Stop being a self - entitled whiner about it and go get a job to help your own family out. What a world we live in. Whine that you didn't get a handout. Go do what you need to do to get the surgery for your sister. Begging has and always will get you nowhere.

dude you could've said it a little nicer. We don't know yet if its true but if its true, maybe he just trying all his options just for his sister sake. Begging maybe is not the word for what he's doing but asking for help.

But your right, he should not feel bad about other people who didn't respond to his call for help. You shouldn't be expecting and be disappointed when help was not given as they also have the right to choose wether to help or not.

SORRY FOR THIS TO MUCH BOLD and ITALIC I HOPE YOU CHshufen NOTICE

You messaged every leader that is known in the crypto world and you post a thread here also you are a newbie it means you maybe telling the truth but (sorry if Iam using a marketing business words, its just like a metaphor to explain it here)

Before sharing that information please give whole details like...

1. Information link where we can know you are telling the truth.

that link should contain
-Videos of the kid
-Real personal information of yourself like social media account, like your tweeter or facebook
-Also a picture of your sister
-A proof that you sister needs surgery

Now I would like to say that I do not know if you are sharing or asking for help because you are just sharing information base on words but when it cames to the sisters surgery you are telling you need help but with no link that could say its true.

Also a fact that today we can now scam people with the Internet.

PS: I hope if this is true Mod should not yet deleted this post to give time to OP to reply and post back Smiley

I hope people could learn the reality and learn to prove more source and information to identify if it is legit.

You still have a young age, your career is still long, try to find a job out there. You can try a small business and collect your earnings. Do not focus on one job, if you want a great income.

I think since you are already 21 years old you need to know that everything is making around the money, so even if bitcoin would be beneficial and positive for the economy state of country that this would prevent corruption they will decide not to allow that.

You think the first one.  Many people write to them in the hope that their history will affect them.  In fact, all the letters are not read by them, but by their faceless assistants, who throw everything into the trash can.

People already seen millions post of money raising like that on social media.  Sometimes they put photoshopped pics to convince people but most of them are just scammers.  So, I think that is why people don't really care about something like that.  If you need help, it's better to go to your local social organization.  Btw, nobody read emails nowadays.

First of all, I expressed regret about your sister's illness. I think Bitcoin invented not to change the world but it was just a step forward in electronic technology. You know the world that needs change will have a lot of things to do. Individuals who are using bitcoin in the short term are profiting from them, having ensured they can pay for other benefits. I can not blame them and that I think is quite sad for you. Hope your sister as well.

Coming to forum like this to solicit help will be a difficult thing to achieve. You have other avenue in your country. You can go to radio station and television houses, NGOs in your country can help publicize your predicament- if it is actually true.

Some scammers and swindlers are very capable of descending that low simply to find a target to give them their money. CHshufen, if you are neither a scammer or a swindler, you still have descended very low by begging and taking advantage of your sister's situation to try to get some BTC from people you do not know. Stop it.

This is exactly my point. Scammers have spoilt the trust system, otherwise, I could think that help wouldn't be bad but nope, this buddy should go for help in his country. Unless his president writes officially with inscripted letter head; signed, sealed and delivered .
I would like to express my condolences to you, wish you good health to overcome all things in life. The secret of the rich never reveals. What you see on the mass media is only humanizing the issues to write articles for problem hype. They have no time to care about us and they ignore everything.
We ourselves are simple to do well and work hard every day, will certainly succeed through the difficulties.

Sorry to heared about your sister but famous people don't have time to read email.  You should try to get help from NGOs in your country. They can raise fund for u.
i think it would be more effective if you submitted it to the health service, and certainly should be knowledgeable from the local apparatus, so it will be easier to find help. if in my country it can get free treatment

I experienced those things that I needed help so badly for medical treament of my father.I do have a stable job but its not enough for the compensation.Sadly my father died because we cannot afford to buy all the medicines need for his treatment.I tried to beg also to my relatives but no one help us but I never got hurt that nobody help us because they are not obligue to do so.Thats why I am very much thankful that bitcoin/cryptocurrency existence coz I had opportunity to change my life.Thats why instead of begging and getting hurt for no response just do your best here.Grab all good opportunity here and surely your life will totally change.Theres a lot of people here that started as rags but now they are successful people because of bitcoin.

In reality, life is competition for survival. Very few people are willing to sacrifice or give to those who are in need. Man in nature is selfish. So we must work hard to have what we need and do not rely on help.

in today's level of trust to be given to someone is very low no matter how hard you convince people that you honestly ask for help for your brother, still many among those who think you just want to take advantage of the situation, it's less right you ask for help by the way that, they will behave thousands of times to fulfill your request

so silly! What are you waiting for? They are business investors, maybe they are rich, but they have no obligation to care or concern for others. You do not have the authority to blame them, what they do is absolutely right. There is a very nice saying that I've heard: "Poverty is also a sin"

Don't blame them, cause they receive lots of these kind letters regularly. Believe me, they don't even finished reading your whole email. They don't have any reasons to trust you with just an email. I don't know if you understand the concept and technology behind bitcoin. Bitcoin as a decentralized currency has come to make sure that people who diligently join the bitcoin market are rewarded fairly(luckily a few times) for their efforts. This technology has been invented so that people in the same boat as you after they have understood the whole concept of bitcoin, can earn enough profit to help others. Try to learn how you'd earn bitcoin in this forum.

Honestly you're being ridiculous. There's nothing in this world that is for free. Every person in this planet is thriving and working their ass hard to earn money for the future of their family and here you are just begging. As we all know that there are lots of scammers online and you can't just expect somebody to believe in your letter which is clearly soliciting. Why not go to your nearest beloved politician of whom you wasted your vote. If you and your sister is working as an employee and paying your taxes why not go to the government and ask for help than blaming those people who started this technology for not giving in to your solicitations.

Of course, why would someone go and answer a random email. Just for you to be aware, there are a lot of scammers in cryptocurrency and each of them have their own stories to tell just to get your attention. So, there is no wonder no one answered your messages because everyone is aware of it.

I think the problem is in too many people cover scam behind family problems, you know, it's hard to prove something through the net. Add to that all of huge figures in the economic world never get mail directly, everything is passing different kind of filters and assistances.

First of all, I am sorry for your sister condition.
I think this action is not suitable anymore. Raise money for surgery on the Internet is riskier. Everyone does not know you.

I think instead of asking for Bitcoin, maybe you should do a crowdfunding through Kickstarter or something. What you are looking for is a donation for a cause, you don't need Bitcoin for that.

Best wishes to your sister.

They are silent not that they are totally bad people. Your email can not convince others to donate money. Bitcoin is easy to make money but it is also hard work for them. So it is not easy for them to give up some money when they do not know if it really helps them to work.

But they all choose a silent treatment, there was no reply. The same thing happened on Twitter. It seems that all they concerned about is how to fish for fame and compliments. Maybe this is the real world.

you expect them to help you because you ask them?. you are not the only one that has the problem for money there are others that also suffer for the lack of money and they did not get any help. which country are you by the way? you should ask for help in news media the one that popular in your country or ask your government they should have at least health care benefits for their people. we are in a world where people won't help you if they don't get anything from you.

I do not see any connection with bitcoin, now people can not really give up their savings. This you had to apply to the international aid fund or people to ask how it is fashionable on TV to advertise for help.

Do not just write and send an email if you need help most if that is financial and health needs/problem because there are a bunch of scammers and money beggars just want to make money out of it. See them in person and ask for their help so that they can actually see the condition of your sisters surgery, if i were in their position receiving some random email out of nowhere asking help financially do you think they will just reply and say here is your money? No, stand up to your computer or phone and look for help or work.

You emailed the most popular leaders and celebrities of the world for a purpose and that's a good way but think of it. For example there is one person asking to you to give large amount of money to him/her. Will you give it or not? Maybe no, because first you don't know the person unless you have a kind heart then you will give it. Same as the one who you emailed. They only want to help to person that they know it will increase their popularity when they help it. Just get a decent job or get multiple business and in that way you can earn for your sister.

Move to a country where you can get medical care for free, like the United States.  Then you wouldn't have to work for a living and could just collect benefits--your whole family could sign up!

You're one person.  Your sister is one person.  You really think a letter writing campaign is going to do anything?  What are you expecting if you live in a country where someone can't get medical care because of income?  Hopefully this isn't anywhere in North America.
