like hugeblack says, in this case, escrow as the third part of this deal can be very risky due to reversible payment service.
I found one exchanger which doing directly exchange PP to BTC, https://www.bestchange.com/paypal-usd-to-bitcoin.html
OP, maybe this is an acceptable option for you.

If its your site and a customer doesnt want to follow your rules and probably wants to scam you, dont try to export your risk to a random forum member, tell him to fuck off.

if there are no clear signs that it is a scammer, telling someone to "fuck off" is not a highly recommended manner in the business world.

Someone want to advertise on our crypto site but wants to pay through Paypal but it's not supported in my country. I've told them to buy crypto but for some reasons, they're sticking with Paypal. Here is their email:

Can someone receive the payment via any of these processors?
If you can do this through an escrow, let me know.

Thanks
Get me right: You do have a cryptosite and someone wants you to pay you in PP instead of crypto?
If you have a crypto site, you are an experienced crypto user, right?

Then 100% sure you know why nobody serious takes PP against Crypto.

If its your site and a customer doesnt want to follow your rules and probably wants to scam you, dont try to export your risk to a random forum member, tell him to fuck off.

If this is still needed I might be able to help.
I have paypal and can receive from this company only if they have been around for a while.
But then how will you be sending the payment back? In crypto?
You did not reveal the method of payment you were going to send back to the person.

The problem is that your account is newbie

I think it will be member instead of newbie.

@OP I don't think you will be able to take any help from the forum for this case. Because scammer may use this payment as paypal is a reversible payment which can be reversed even if the sender send as a friends and family. If you had higher rank or if you had enough transactions on the forum then you might be able to make the trade.

The problem is that your account is newbie with no previous transactions and trust, so the following scenario may appear:

 - The third party sends money to Bitcointalk member.
 - Bitcointalk member sends money to you.
 - The third party withdraws money from PayPal because of scam or it was sent by mistake.

Then you will get the money and the third party will recover his money and Bitcointalk member who makes the deal with you becomes the party that has been scammed.

Therefore, he/she (If accepted) will ask you for more guarantees, such as waiting for a certain period, sending them as friends, or your personal data.

Generally, in such cases, the use of PayPal is not appropriate.

The quickest solution is to pay using Western Union or WebMoney.

Happy to hear from you again! Unfortunately, we can only make payments via PayPal at this time. Nevertheless, you may consider one of the options below:

1.) Sign up with PayPal—registration is free. We would also be willing to send the payment to a relative or colleague of yours who has an existing account; OR
2.) Look into creating an invoice via https://www.2checkout.com/ (no PayPal account needed).

Can someone receive the payment via any of these processors?
If you can do this through an escrow, let me know.

Thanks
