I'm always grumpy in the morning.
I agree with you. We are still higher than we were a short while ago. And why bitcoin still has many obstacles to overcome, in the last few months we have actually started to come face to face with some of those obstacles, rather than just talking about them as something way off into the future.

Call me crazy, but all this negativity is making me extremely positive about the future. Multiple Governments around the world are having serious discussions about Bitcoin and some are concerned enough to try to regulate it  - for whatever publicly stated reasons.  I still think Bitcoin has some major obstacles to overcome, but I am more optimistic now than I have ever been.  Without doubt we have moved onto the next stage.

Of course history tells us making things illegal is a sure fire way to curb demand and make the product cheaper.  I fully expect countries to try to control crypto - I am betting they will fail.

PS:  I do understand that a lot of this 'panic' is artificial. I have heard the opposite of pump and dump is called 'short and distort'.  Some of you guys are masters.
