Could you provide some link to evidence of this? I just spent some time searching the web and I can't find anything about somebody wanting to send him to jail for this. I did find a few articles that mention that yes, Roger Stone did procure marijuana for his dying father and that he has openly admitted it, but not that he's being charged for it. I don't think the law typically works like that. If you just say you committed a crime, you don't usually get arrested. There has to be some evidence to back it up. That said, it looks like Mr. Stone is having a lot more trouble with accusations of his involvement in the Russian interference in the 2016 election.

personally at first I didn't like roger stone, and I think I don't connect with this guy, but it isn't a reason...
