Local rules should typically not be enforced for these.

I think that I might make it so that new support cannot be added if the topic becomes locked or deleted, though currently this isn't the case.

Maybe make the Reputation section like Meta and threads are not allowed to be self-moderated. Would make sense in my opinion because you get a lot of trolling in there and people should be free to defend themselves.

How do we tag merit abuses now with the new trust system?
I believe that's what the old system (which is still there) is for.

I don't see how merit abusing can fit on any of the flag types. Unless you believe it equals to "anyone dealing with this user has a high risk of losing money" or "user violated a [...] contract with me";

First Exclusion Ever
I noticed certain users are trying to use locked topics and local rules to exclude certain users from arguing for or against certain flags in their flag threads. I assume some time in the future we will have a flag thread child board to keep them all together in one area, at that time could perhaps self moderation and locking topics be disabled there?

I also believe that the local rules excluding certain users from flag threads are antithetical to their very purpose of them being a venue for users to argue for or against certain flag accusations. Can you please clarify publicly if you will not be enforcing local rules excluding certain users from posting in flag threads? Thank you.
