How you're different from other people who got banned for plagiarism? We can't say that you did mistake only once - as shown above there are many posts that copy pasted. It actually takes a lot of work to do what Veleor does. Going through someone's posting history and checking the posts either with a software or via google. His posts get merited for that reason and they should.

Ignorance of the law is not an excuse for someone to be exempted to the rules. The moderator needs to be fair and equal to all members and if theymos extended his exemption to you, then he needs to do to exempt other members who got banned from the same mistake as well.
