but the script is not reliable, most of the times he will overstimate the price, but in some times will under estimate it,

If his potential activity is less than his actual activity you know this can't be taken seriously.
His posts are often short but useful and how on earth can you tell that the account is worth just 1.2 BTC! It's worth hundreds of thousands of dollars

and one thing which is more shocking is that the activity of theymos is 2044 and the script is showing potential activity 1358 which is far below what his real activity is.
Either the script have some fault or theymos have some very interesting secrets about the site.
