You have listed mist of it, i will like to chip in this,  luring people to invest in scam ICO all in the name of listing on binance later after the ICO,  this is an outright scam indication and one does not need any expert to reveal to him/her that any project that uses the Binance listing charade its a scam.
Another is hosting a private sales on an open telegram group,  private sales are meant to be private so hosting a private sales an i public group its just a desperate means to scam investors ot their money and it can be tagged as a scam tactics
