I sell a lot of gear some sales are complicated and multiple questions are ask that need to be answered.
You can answer questions. What you can't do is bump it randomly multiple times in a single day.

If someone asks something, you go there and answer him. If multiple people ask something, you answer all of them in a single post.

The abuse is possible when we make the thread show up at the top of the board every time someone posts there. If people with bump scores post there, it bumps. This avoids people creating fake accounts to ask random generic questions. Yes, this affect legitimate users, but what can we do when people can just shill their scam products to the top when there isn't any limitations?

By not allowing a question to bump seller may lose a sale.
Why would that happen?

there is a problem in goods section with bump restrictions.

but sales threads in computer goods don't last that long if they are for real the item sells.

this was a complex raffle/sale and went to top of topic multiple times via questions and replies

now it is done.  If you bury this it makes the sale harder to do.

I don't think it is abusive.

opinions on this type of thread.

It will likely be treated the same as if the OP were bumping it. Not only that all old bumps should be removed when you post a new bump. Many users have tried to abuse the fact that you can register multiple accounts, and bump up their thread from different usernames. These are almost always deleted when found.

Bumps are treated differently in some sections due to the constant abuse that these sections were subjected too, and it was nearly impossible, as well as being extremely inefficient to moderate it within these sections. However, if a user is still bumping, and not deleting old bumps etc, it will still be removed. Its just on these sections it has less exposure and therefore not as many users are getting annoyed by this.

There are already rules that guides bumping thread, although the bumping of thread is being abused excessively.
You can check about bumping here

Q: I bumped / A user posted on my thread but it didn't get bumped up to the front page. What's happening?
A: The way bumping works has been changed for certain boards. See https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bumping-changes-on-some-boards-5183553

I guess the usual double posting[1] rule will come into effect when you help someone's topic to reach the top of the board.
Also, bumping rule is emphasizing about deleting old bumps. So, if you bump with the gap of 24 hours and NOT with the term "bump" then you will be fine. If you use the term bump then you must delete the old one.

[1]Writing post after post within 24 hours; between your 2 (or more) posts, no one else posted.

These all are just my understanding. So, please wait for Mods to reply here.

Is there any rule which restricts only OP is allowed to bump their own topic by writing "bump" intentionally?

I just want to make sure for all marketplace boards including service announcements.
