IOREF is not GND? you sure that is need 0.9?

I believe they both connect to 0.9V.

Sorry, that was totally wrong.  IOVDD is 1.8V.  IOREF is 0.9V.

IOVDD leave like this or to connect them to 0.9V?

You will need some kind of a level shifter to get the 3.3v signal from the Pi down to 1.8v and back if I understand correctly.  I've seen everything from a single resistor to dedicated level shifter ICs in the Bitfury design thread.
