They seem to have taken it to far, and Mods would likely act in some way. So report away, this would be a nice case for a Mod to PM the user explaining their violations and how to avoid a temp ban or something.

~Snipped~

Did you already report some and get any action?
Just did [I was hoping for a mod to comment on this thread as well] a few hrs back but got no action from the mods [perhaps my report will stay under "Unhandled" category for a while]...

The plagiarism you have found could be worth feedback on their profile regarding their services, if you feel confident enough they copied the work. It's not forum related but ties into the services they offer on forum.
Thank you for reminding me [I forgot to leave a rating, SMH]...

Thanks to everyone for contributing to this topic, I'll re-open it in case something changes...

You have completely valid points. I was just playing devils advocate there, in a broader sense where some of these behaviors can be acceptable. They seem to have taken it to far, and Mods would likely act in some way. It can be considered as spam. Just report it wherever your located it and let mods decide.
I will but I needed a reference like this [just to be sure] since, at first glance, it looked like it belongs to a grey area...

It could be considered multiposting if it's the same post with very small changes every time.
That's the case with most of his recent posts.

This one made me laugh:
I am proficient in Craiglist Posting.
Grin Cheesy Wink

You've got valid points but...

Unpopular opinion here but where they are posting and how they are posting appear to be completely relevant and on topic. The topics are each services looking for someone  - John applies leaves their deets and moves onto applying for the next position.
On topic, "YES" but relevant, "NO" [latter part of his posts]...
  • In most of those threads, OP/TS requests to either send them a PM or contact them through their provided social media links:

e.g.

Hello

I need an article writer, please contact me with your previous work on telegram @lukaboskin or you can simply send me a private message here.

Fun facts:

- I checked one of his provided links [2nd one] and word for word, it's a plagiarism case...

- Author of the article is "Amir Hossein" which is a middle-eastern name but he always introduces himself as "John Kern" [looks like a fraud to me]:

Hello! My name is John Kern.

I would say that they could also be in the Netherlands and be native to a foreign country if they relocated internationally.
That's a possibility but he specifically mentioned being "from Netherlands" and with the above facts, I think a lot of things about him are fake.

Again could just be applying for jobs they are underqualified for, which also has no bearing on forum rules.
I strongly believe posting/spamming his contact information on places that has nothing to do with him, is against the rules.

They should create a Services[ANN] thread for them selves and just reference it when applying for any position.
He has a thread [I Can Create Any Web App For You And YOU WILL MAKE MONEY!] but prefers to spam his information in every thread that he applies.
  • He even included that information in the latter part of each succeeding post "on that [his] thread".

Unpopular opinion here but where they are posting and how they are posting appear to be completely relevant and on topic. The topics are each services looking for someone  - John applies leaves their deets and moves onto applying for the next position. He isn't exactly advertising a service he is applying, in a somewhat annoying manner. It really reminds me of years ago when I was on the job search hard. I was sending out 3 or 4 resumes a week with a few words changed in my cover letter catering to each company.

If these were discussion threads that he was dropping in on and posting similar to this with only a small change to promote himself then that would fit the spam and off-topic rules I believe.
Whether or not they actually make the qualifications for the job is up to whoever hires them really. I would say that they could also be in the Netherlands and be native to a foreign country if they relocated internationally. Again could just be applying for jobs they are underqualified for, which also has no bearing on forum rules.

Earlier today, I stumbled upon a user [amhoba] that claims to be proficient in a lot of things and while applying for different tasks/jobs, he always includes his contact information at the end of each post. That counts as "spam", am I right [nobody asked for those]?
- Based on the following rule, it's not allowed [unless I'm missing something]:

22. Advertising (this includes mining pools, gambling services, exchanges, shops, etc.) in others threads' is no longer allowed, including, but not limited to, in altcoin announcement threads. [8]

A few of his posts [archived post history: Page 1/Page 2]:

It appears he also applies for tasks that he isn't qualified for (e.g. He's from "The Netherlands" but applies for a job that requires applicants to be "native Vietnamese OR Thailandese")...
