But this address is still receiving some Satoshis. It's weird. The last transaction has been done  on Feb 12.  If the person has lost the private key, why is it still used?

I can send coins to whoever I want, I don't have to know him he doesn't have to know me. And you can do the same.
This doesn't mean the owner is still active.
It simply means people want to spam that address, for tracking, for creating dust...for fun.

Best example:
https://blockchain.info/address/12c6DSiU4Rq3P4ZxziKxzrL5LmMBrzjrJX

The first mined coins by Satoshi.

Maybe he was just holding his bitcoins. The fact that it is receiving satoshi means that the wallet is still alive and I think he jusy waiting the opportunity for the bitcoin to increase for him to gain more profits.
My conclusion is that, the person behind that transaction is a whale and for sure, he just waitin a moment to sell his bitcoins.

No it does not, see the answer above.
