I'm not sure what this user is doing, but I'd like to point out that if it were a bot, wouldn't the tracking/post count(D20 or whatever he's doing) be in order? It missed D221 and used D223 twice(forgetting D224) as an example.
Not that spamming is acceptable, but the mistakes in counting lead me to believe it's a human.

While I didn't notice any glaring issues in his English from briefly reviewing his comments, perhaps he saved copies of the initial question on a spreadsheet and responded to them in his free time(with the help of someone else) and proceeded to post the responses all at once.

It looks like a bot to me and this is something like they have added the content to post and it is adding it on random threads in alt coin section and others after some time interval. There are multiple ways to stop this behavior:
1) Limiting the number of posts a user can make in an hour or in 24 hours.
2) Asking for some captcha if someone tries to make more than fixed number of posts in a particular time interval.
3) Manual check is also an option but seeing the amount of spam here, it would be impractical and consume a lot of time.

4) Use the report to moderator option and they will ban the spammer, this is the easiest way and implement no changes on the code of the forum

This looks like a profile made to promote certain speific coins in alt coin discussion section Most of his recent posts are suggesting same coins in all threads like :

This profile is an example of how can a member still survive for so long on this forum even after making so much spam posts. Some people will say that he is not goign to merits and thus wasting time but what about people who fall for scam projects that he is promoting.

I have a better theory, that account belongs to multiple users that post spam in shifting schedule. Maybe user 1 is Go Green! and user 2 and co. is the one who uses the D....
Unfortunately its more than 100 post in the manner of his spamming, in the span of 4 days he managed to create 336 posts (and counting) and I found where it all started the post seems to be labeled "D1" and something tells me if its not a bot he might be leaving letters/numbers/words after his posts in order to have some kind of signature to identify that it is his post for other members to recognize. In his way of posting I think he is in the thinking of "the more I post, the more chances I will receive merits" which is obviously the wrong idea.

With 700 posts, he's still a Newbie and can still be nuked. I'll report him, and refer to this topic. Good thing that the new system prevented him from ranking up to Member position.
He still wouldn't rank up as his account was made on 28th march and as per forum rules you can get only 14 activity score in 2 weeks

Amazing, this guy is really out of this world. To think that he already spammed the forum within just 24 hours, he's absolutely insane... Good thing that the new system prevented him from ranking up to Member position.
And about that Ds on his posts, I think its just his post count, the bot has been configured this way.
