Use the 'Report to Moderator' button on the post and report it for 'Necro post' or something similar. There is no need to make a thread about it.
What a dumbass that guy is, doing that. Just report the post and I'm sure it'll get nuked and the thread will be re-interred. Drives me nuts when people do that--I can't tell if he's wearing a signature because I have sigs blocked, but he's been posting quite a bit. Doubtless to get paid. Never ends on this forum.
