I think that this is the person in question: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/terrytangm-731288. However, how did he scam you? Did he chargeback on you, or did he just outright ripped you off? He's a junior member, i wouldn't even trust a senior member with $200 if they don't have any trust ratings. Take this as a lesson learned.
