Is this person on Facebook actually your friend or some random stranger? If he is your friend, you should set them straight that they're ripping people off. If it is a stranger, it's probably a fake account set up to deceive people into handing over money.

I think probably it is possible that the site is paying for those who are referring more to those people who didn't yet made any investment .
My upline is still making money from that site even at the present day .
