I know its frustrating. Maybe this post will get some more eyeballs on this user and more reports will go out to the mods. I guess the mods must be very busy dealing with a whole lot of other issues. I have done my bit by reporting the user! Have a nice day!

You would be better off reporting the user's post to the moderators (click the link at the bottom right of the spammy posts). Posting a new thread does nothing in terms of having action taken against the user.
