It could be nice to get it but I don't know how to encrypt anything :/ Maybe its really hard and nobody wants to give it their time on this?
You actually need to decrypt this file not encrypt and it may require lots of time and effort to decrypt this so 0.01BTC is not quite fascinating reward for anyone to spend time in this. Also there is not much clue and 8 digits password could be any combination and there are thousands of possible sequence. Did you want 0.001 for the file? @Jhanzo saying you are but where did you write it? Or did you delete it?
