Call... PayPal...? On the phone? Maybe it's just me being optimistic, but I don't think that's necessary. I can still contact him here with reply.

Live you should call Paypal and make a similar complaint. They are investigating the matter perhaps if someone else called in they would be more apt to believe me.

Can I please get a moderator to restore all his deleted posts? He is completely changed his story. Now claiming to have sold me a moneypak and that I am the one trying to scam him. He has deleted all the posts clearly showing otherwise. If possible can you PM me his IP if you are willing.

PayPal is giving me 25 dollars as an apology because they can not refund it at this time.. I guess it is better than nothing so all in all he took me for 28 bucks. They are continuing their investigation and if they can prove it they said they would refund everyone and report him to the police as well as delete his account. So keep pushing please everyone who he scammed call PayPal even if you got your money back. Some of us really need your help still.

If he's a scammer theymos can restore deleted posts, so don't worry too much about that.

I moved this thread here, from the Newbie board.
Should he be whitelisted so he can continue posting?

Nah, he's the one who deleted his posts. His problem.

Awesome that works. I may be screwed if PayPal cant help me out with a refund my Walmart Money Network says they do not do refunds because they are a repaid service. Even though they have ALL my information, well that kind of sucks. I was told though that if enough people are disputing his claims that the fraud team can confirm he defrauded me for sure then they will refund it. So I need all of you out there that were wronged by him to come forward to PayPal with that information even if he resolved it for you or your bank did. Also I told PayPal I was trying to buy BitCoins and they did not care at all. They said that the only reason they do not condone it is they are hard to protect seeing as there is no trail.

Can you make it read only for him? I dont want him to think I deleted it. I do not really care to hear any more bullshit he has to say but I do not want him believing this matter is over.

I left a redirection topic on the newbie board, so if he goes back there he'll find the link to this thread, but he can't reply to it.

you should take the documents off thats breaking the rules and hes the one who scammed me for my moneypak

What "rules"?  Advice for next time; don't commit fraud. It is obvious you aren't smart enough for this type of crime.  No I honestly mean it.  You are the first person I have seen to actually screw up PayPal fraud.  I mean the sad thing is it failed because you were actually more stupid than your marks.  You can't scam people if you have less intelligence than they do, and despite your victims setting the bar amazingly low you still failed.

Please for your own profitability give up on getting rich by crime and get a job at McDonalds.  Your ROI% will be much higher.

I just got off the phone with a fraud specialist with PayPal and he is having a fraud team investigate this individual and has recommended I contact my CC provider and attempt to have them refund this as well just because since the goods arrent tangible they may not be able to.

Here is this one post he so hates once more. He cant get rid of it or me.

Have fun with your legal problems. I am sure your mom is going to love hearing that you have got yourself yet another charge, didnt even make it a year man. You would think you would have learned something. Or atleast got smart enough to not incriminate yourself. Btw Kudos on this dummy email address. Doesnt really work when you use both and you use all your real information on paypal. I didnt bother to tell them about it. Of course if you would like to bring up information from our conversations here I am sure they would love to hear all about what you do with those weird "bitcoin" things you so enjoy mining. Perhaps what you spend them on.

"dude silkroad is legit as shit i get molly for like 30-40 a gram and resell for 100 or more a gram lol mdma has made me rich dude."

That could perhaps get you on a few Postal lists for life. Then again you were smart enough to not put your address on your paypal right? Still living with your mom Rachel at  97 W Main St, 16, Vergennes, VT 05491-8690 ?
I suppose I could just call you and ask. Is your number still  802-870-7013 ? Oh silly me that ones your mothers number isnt it. Yours is 802-877-2919. Or it was at one point in time. I guess I could message you on your http://www.facebook.com/jake.wrightington . Yeah I am fairly certain they would know enough to wise up and keep an eye on you. I was contracted by those you scammed, your not exactly as convincing as you may think =P You still have all those coin address's? I would highly suggest you send out every bit of what you promised those in that thread. Id hate to see some anonymous tipster calling the police and letting them know how "rich" you are. Enjoy whats left after you pay out. You'll probably need it to calm those nerves of yours. I wouldnt suggest fucking with forums that are filled with people far beyond your mental means =P

Also it seems he as escalated the payment I disputed and is now trying to get it back not return it. As anyone called PayPal yet? I guess I am going to have to.
