Not much. This has been a normal for zcash for years now. It doesn't get much attention from traders and investors. So unless the fundamentals start pumping up, it will remain that way. Zcash basically has no purpose to serve the crypto community again. There are more altcoins with better offerings now which is better than what zcash is offering. TA and FA work together and Zcash has zero FA.

The question is until when? Zcash has been around already yet there's not much attention given to it since people aren't happy with the centralized exchange. I hope you were right if this coins will be given its time to shine I think there will be some investors willing to hodl some of it. But if this coin will remain just like the rest of the altcoins that isn't moving or soon gone because of lack of trading activity I don't think investors would be happy to hold anymore of it.

The team of zcash must have the initiative to build its own decentralized exchange site to prevent the same thing will be happening again to another exchange site after bittrex.
Decentralized exchange site is not only the solution but creating the wrapped service for ZCASH could be another solution for that problem.

It's started to go down again.

I think Zcash promise hasn't been fully fulfilled, maybe the second halving will be much better. however on some exchanges Zcash did not run completely smoothly. as a crypto with huge potential like Zcash, it has had to make some team changes. to add to the breakthrough power this year and the years to come. The Zcash continuity was just getting started. and I believe Zcash will be in an ideal position from this year.

As there are some issues involved with privacy coins right now, better prepare yourself if you are a holder.
Some exchanges are already delisting privacy coins. So better keep your eyes open with this one.

The reason is just the same as bitcoin pumps. The alts are also pumping just like the old days. That's the reason. IMHO, it's an organic increase for which we usually see when we see bitcoin is also pumping.
What you've mentioned is one risk for privacy coin investors.

is there any good news about this coin? i looked at zcash in a few days and there was a nice increase in price and i also remember in 2016 zcash it cost over $ 3k, i still hold these coins but only a few and i hope zcash has its proper place.

I wanted to buy it yesrs ago but i have never got oppourtunity to buy or trade with it.i just wonder about its manipulation level, ath was around $3.2k then dump st $200$ something within 1days.but i check its chart recently.it has shown positive impact of crypto hype.it has done well for last 1year, even almost doubt within month.i still think positive about zcash as before
