Undoubtedly both of brightest coin, but as an old one(ADA) I would definitely put it ahead when it comes to comparing between both of them. I didn’t invest in ADA but in the last few months i participated for a several project those developed in DOT. I see it’s future promising project and can break ADA ranking in CMC, even it will be strong competitor in the near future.

To be honest, I thought DOT was a huge thing but now I realized it’s nothing but a lot of promises like all the other ICOs. I can't see huge development of this project. It was created with an intention to ensure the ETH 2.0 version before ETH 2.0 launched but still not so much development has been made.
I think they both are good investment for the long term.

I only see one of them, which is THERE. In the last few weeks, the most pumped news is that ADA on social media especially August will mean a lot to its users as there is an Ethereum upgrade and Cardano launches smart contracts even though the current ADA condition is still sideways and it might be like AXS rebond quickly when BTC correction still ongoing.

These two-coins-Cardano & Polkadot-coins that are being hotly discussed-by-many circles, investors-media-community are of the same mind- ADA and the second DOT are worth considering for now.

There are more hodlers of cardano on etoro than there are of btc according to  a article I read somewhere. They are releasing smart contract in august that'll take the price higher. It's definitely strong and worth hodling. I am not so sure about polka.. I have never invested in it and generally I see comparison is between eth and cardano.

as long as product release is in working order cardano will continue to hold strong.

momentum for ADA and DOT may have run out this year. The bulls are gone and we can only see the altcoins getting carried away by the move from BTC.
ADA and DOT are very potential, worth having in our long-term investment. but personally, I would prefer DOT. because the opportunity for market development and strengthening is still very large for DOT. we know how this year DOT got the market very interested in its trading.

I'm more bullish with ADA now compared with DOT to be honest but I also agree that they can co-exist. Projects are already lining up and they are just waiting for the launch of smart contracts. It took them a long time to build a real working product so I hope they don't disappoint.

If there is (Cardano) if it is true that the smart contract release in August is highly likely to be priced at $ 2 and this is excellent news for its customers and another point of view is that the major emphasis in analyzing crypto fundamentals is social media activity, community, and roadmap.

IMO both can and will co-exist together.

Cardano seems rather promising and with smart contracts finally launching in Aug/Sept. I think it will really start to blow up once Goguen (smart contracts) era is completed. I hope to see a bunch of DeFi grow on it.

DOT is also another great one as it's ran by Gavin Wood.

Both projects and their co-founders being ex co-founders of Ethereum and then left over differences about the direction Ethereum should take.

Staking with Cardano yields 4-6% and staking DOT can yield 12%.

I'm long on both but always down to hear others opinions.
