Those rules are too vague. If you want to prevent swearing, you must list all banned words. Which images are "unnecessary" must be clearly defined. Etc. Remember: It should take less than a few seconds to decide whether a post has broken the rules.

As was mentioned by one of the moderators here, https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ops-can-specify-local-rules-31782 OPs can specify rules for their thread. I think it would be nice to have some standard rulesets that can easily be referenced. To this end, I am starting this tread. Please post here any ruleset you want, please include a meaningful name and be as specific as possible.

Moderators: Could we consider making this thread sticky?

For example, here are some rulesets:

Anything Goes:
-Anything you think should go in this thread can.
-Posts can stray from the topic as long as they are related to a previous post.

Professional:
-This thread maintains a professional environment.
-No swearing.
-No scamming.
-No flaming others.
-No unnecessary pictures.
-No angry posts.
-No attacking others.
-No off-topic posts.

Please feel free to add more!
