Topic: Threads related to both Bitcoin & Altcoins ? (Read 387 times)
Threads that directly or indirectly discuss any Altcoin should be moved to the altcoin section. There have been attempts by some people to promote some altcoin even though the whole thread seemed like it was about Bitcoin. In order to prevent them, threads will most likely be moved. However, this is not a fixed rule, it is on a case-by-case basis.
Well my opinion is based off my conv. with the mods and the stuff that I have seen/experienced, but don't take it for a fact
Let's say , I want to make a topic about "Bitcoin vs Altcoin" , where that should be posted ? on the Altcoin section or the Bitcoin Discussion section ?
They belong in Altcoin discussion, considering those threads are usually comparing an Altcoin(discussion focused more on the altcoin part) with Bitcoin than the other way around.Same for trades , If I want to sell/exchange something for both Bitcoin and Dogecoin for example ... where It should belong ? Altcoin section or "currency exchange" of Bitcoin ? , Same for digital goods and other sections . I assume bitcoin have privilege ?
I've seen those in Digital goods, none of those threads in the Altcoin marketplace. I'm inclined to believe that they belong in Digital goods.
