Problem is far deeper than that. Minexpay/Chain2pay did multiple law and regulation violations :

- made a deal (illegal) with UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS to present theirs customers as UAB Kristolinis Dugnas empoyees

- made a deal (illegal) with UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS to provide false residence documents to theirs non-EEA customers, without it they could not get Upaycards

- made a deal (illegal) with UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS to get full access to its Upaycard business account

It is not only against Upaycard and Mastercard regulations, but against financial laws itself.  When this little scheme be discovered it will awfully look like a money laundering to the authorities.

I dont think so that Minexpay and UAB KS really fully understood seriousness of consequences of theirs acts.

Under no circumstances can those with any decency sit idle while the Minex "team" and their propaganda posting paid trolls lie to investors and scam them

OMG, poor Jolly. I'm tanked him. He is attacking Minexcoin project with lies without any reason couple of months 24/7. Yes, I was more than 1 year ago in Minexcoin office, so what? Is that not allowed?

And to mr.pacy.mf   If you and your friends invested a lot in something, but price started to climb down what is better to do?

Option 1   you will try to help to the project

Option 2   you will start bulling on the project

As I know you did everything possible to push price down and now you saying that you and your friends lost money. Yes, Minexcoin got delays, but call me please any project which don't have them.

I dont have a option ...
but I know for sure what should not be a solution
I can not join the fraudsters
I do not want to talk fairy tales to people
to deceive somebody and convince him that this is a great project
that people need to buy mnx...that the price is cheap ... that this is the best time for buying...
to talk about people  who discover the truth about one big scam that they just want to put the price down
that they are a fuders
I cant be blind and I cant just a walk  through obvious evidence and pretend that everything is fine
that as an objective I would have to get someone to put a big order
and to get the opportunity to sell him this....sh.t

Threat to inflict bodily harm targeting BTT  community member has been found here. From the side of mr.pacy.mf that is a clear violation of  rule number 8  and must be considered as unacceptable  and  be not tolerated by forum administration.  Angry

==============
==============

The scammer fool Temhuk sent me a PM saying he and his scammer friends "will do everything to destroy my reputation"

I received a message from Temhuk, the first he sent me. I replied asking him to own up to being a scammer.

He sent me another message (second one) but he lied again. I told him he is a liar and that I will try to save people from investing in Minecoin.

Temhuk sent me another message (third one) saying he and his scammer friends "will do everything to destroy my reputation"

 Roll Eyes

I guess your friend scammer temhuk is due to be banned for 7 days too. He threatened to arrange for Serbian hit squads to "meet" several people but he never got banned and it is clear mr.pacy.mf only threw back at scammer temhuk what he threw in the first place.

As for temhuk having his face being shown against his will, that scammer fool showed his own face by posting his own (ugly) face while he took photos around the Minex scammers office.

I nearly vomited when I saw the one where he stands next to his uncle Borys holding up Minexcoin sweatshirts.

Scammer temhuk personally thanked me when I re-posted the photos of him in the Minex office.

I apologize for every threat I have written if that can be considered a direct threat....when someone makes you a fool and calls you " idiot", even if you show a clear evidence of fraud ,normally that you will be provoked...
I was baned for seven days looooot of my posts are deleted ,  I understand the reason for some posts but for most posts I can not understand

these posts are for deletion, of course ...
but I can not understand the reason why administrators delete  clear evidences that points to lies and scam ...
that posts are not offtopic ... they are exclusively related to that topic

and about this post

Reported to moderator.

that post was related to situation that  I have successfully discovered that their official announcement is a pure lie

and related to fact that I know some things inside their team too ......
So when I wrote : "Im much more dangerous than you can imagine"
I thought that  Im much more dangerous for their project than he can imagine because I know some things from inside and becouse I have successfully discovered some wierd things
and lies....so dangerous like Edward Snowden  Grin

and about this

I know people who have invested more than half a million dollars in this scam
these people really exist

and those people are talking about MINEX  every day,About the scam that they were dragged into by people who were part of the propaganda ,about  temhuk and other paid trolls ,about the possibility that they might go on a trip to Ukraine
I just transferred the opinion of these people I did not threaten personally to him ....I just warned him...one of them is a plastic surgeon, so I just mentioned plastic surgery
you can not expect that you will not take any consequences
if you are involved in a scam or propaganda of the same
when you tell people to buy something and then laugh to them and make them fools because they listen your recomandions ....everything is fine for you ....but other side dont think so
collection of temhuk's propaganda related to that

https://imgur.com/a/cjRDIBH

The case  is exacerbated by the fact that they  revealed his identity  ( as pointed out by Lucius above) and published (against his will) the picture of  Temhuk  real face  thereby putting his  live at risk. Agreed with the ban but understand that this  is up to forum officials. BTW, the threat to which OP had referred   is also  addressed to Temhuk.

and about  "the fact that they  revealed his identity"
he thanked us many times because we advertise minex team and their office
when we posting this pictures, he published and disclosed his identity self-willed

But, unless I'm mistaken,  OP focuses on  the threat   received publicly  via btt post in which mr.pracy.mf  had made threatening against  one of community  member,  and  assumes that such kind of  threat should not be taken lightly, sorry to remind this.

You can't claim to take it seriously when the response was this:

The moderator has already actioned it by deleting the comment. I doubt that you will get more sympathy than that.

false, go further and compare his style and mine.

So you are not an associate ?

Minexcoin deletes reasonable comments on their now self moderated thread. Including my comments.

The reason this is relevant is because Minex goes through extensive lengths to silence its critics. Minex have sent threats to those that criticize them in an attempt to silence them.

This dude lost 95% of his $90K - I can sympathize with his plight because the broken promises. I don't agree with the threats he made but I can understand his frustration. To make it worse - it looks like he got his friends and family to "invest" based on the false promises in the whitepaper.

I don't believe the threats to be a credible threat. More of an expression of frustration. He does not appear to be in a position to carry them out.  Post deletion was the correct moderator response.

I suspect the motivation of this thread is part of an attempt to silence some of the critics since the person the threat was directed at didn't take it seriously at all.

Most likely just a stupid kid on his laptop in his bedroom which is at his Mum’s hoise.
I don’t see that post as a serious threat at all, will probably be bull shit.

Not a kid. Very easy to find out who he is from the information he has posted. (DOXing is against the forum rules) But in this case he posted his own details.

Just a dude whose investment of close to $90K is now worth less than $4K in a questionable ICO that was shilled by the guy he made some threatening comments to. Even the OP by the look of his post history is a minexcoin shill.

Alts and ICOs have been hit the hardest by the bear markets.

People get angry and say stupid things when their money evaporates.

The person he made the threat to made threats via personal messages himself:

I am also sure mr.pacy.mf is Serbian, he post in that language :

Borise jebem li ti pleme zalno ja ono lopovsko ,prevarantsko.....CRKO DABOGDA

But we can also put this in just one more internet dog barking case, some say that dogs that bark do not bite, and this one is only barking in front of his PC (for now).

I'm fairly sure he is Serbian too. It says so in his profile.

While threats are not OK - I can understand that he is angry.

Minex has an open scam accusation against it here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-minexpay-crypto-debit-card-by-minexpaycom-minexcoin-5046331

A lot of people have lost $ due to un-kept promises.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.48568455

20.03.2018..................................................................... .........932.77 MNX = 3.47357  BTC =   30930.62 USD
TODAY.......................................................................... ...........932.77 MNX = 0.14816  BTC =      507.92 USD   (61 x LESS USD)  (23x LESS BTC)
TODAY.......................................................................... ...........3.47357  BTC = 11909.30 USD

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.47995896

Instead of addressing the accusations they have moved it to a self moderated thread. It is not a way to deal with unhappy investor questions. If you don't deliver on promises they should get some answers.

That's exactly what I was thinking, but I haven't read the context of that thread and don't plan to.  If mr.pacy.mf was being referred to as a rich Serbian and was therefore talking about himself in that quote, then I'd definitely see the response as at least being aggressive and maybe going so far as to characterize it as a threat of bodily harm.

But it just came off to me as just an internet dog barking--talking tough but no one's in real danger.  If mr.pacy.mf is not one of the rich Serbians, then it's not a threat at all.  That'd be like me (not affiliated with organized crime) saying "remember, the Mafia can find you and send Luca Brasi to fix your kneecaps".

It'd be nice to hear from mr.pacy.mf on this one.

I see his post as a threat to another forum member, literally means that he or his rich friends can find someone and make some corrections to his ugly face with the intention to make it even more uglier. I think he think on user TeMHuK, since he post some very nice words to him in several posts.

this is what employees in minexsystem think about you ...

Reported to moderator.
That's more alarming than OP's post. I think he do not deserve a report, a ban does. I don't think that his message is not a simple troll, I have a gut-feel that it's way more than that Sad. Yeah! I know the fact that everybody's identity here are hidden but if I were his enemy I will be scared too because receiving a threat is not a joke.

This IMO isn't more than a normal forum troll and it goes on in most boards of the forum, paying more than normal attention to it actually escalates it and makes it more serious than it actually ought to be or intended to be by the poster.
But just so things would remain sane it's always best to report such posts so they'll be trashed by a MOD

Pertaining post has been deleted by forum moderator. So he took the case seriously and considered the relevant  message as a threat.  Think he must move further and take adequate  action  to prevent community members from threats posed by mr.pacy.mf .

It could have been deleted because it's off topic. That doesn't mean you shouldn't report those posts - serious threat or not, it's not appropriate for the discussion.

I'm not quite certain of the context of the message though. Is the person who posted it associated in any way with "the very rich serbians." Otherwise, it's equivalent to someone speculating what another party may do.

In my observation, I think that there was a misunderstanding here.

From the original thread, It seems like that the "very rich guys from Serbia" quote is based from the other party's depiction of the card manufacturers who insisted on not giving a refund.
And his statement: "can find you and make......" was his response to the question with same meaning: "Why don't you report it yourself, can't show your face to the public?" making the quoted part not pertaining to himself.

Thus, it isn't a threat.

Disclaimer: That's what I saw after shortly reading the text battle, I could be wrong.

I think it's a bit serious cos the member who issued the threat claims that some certain individuals(very rich per se)despite the anonymity the forum affords us can find the other party.
And what they are going to do to him, only God knows what sort of makeover it's going to be
This to me is serious, and should be treated as such

I agree with that, but they said that they can, not that they will or have any plans to do so. Offering somebody a makeover is not a threat, or simply stating that you have the capability to do something is not stating that you will. I'm genuinely not trying to justify this guy saying what seems to be a veiled threat, but sometimes you want to see something so badly that you fool yourself into thinking it is there.

I would put this user on your ignore list, document the incident as you have and then move on. People are big talk on the internet and more often than not it is somebody being emotionally immature.

Case has been reported to threadt moderator,   he can inquire more closely into this.

FTFY!

Sorry, couldn't resist.

It doesn't look like a serious threat to me. Plus maybe, even if serious, it is just an advice.

The rules are unofficial. I think it’s there as a preventative thing rather than something definitive. It’s up to mods discretion.
I’m not sure there’s much to the mods on protocols on dealing with this stuff. Implying a threat is still a threat though.

Yes, I'm sure that what they are implying is that they want to treat the person with an ugly face to a makeover.  Roll Eyes

That's the problem though, if he explicitly said
Quote
can find you and make some makeover to your ugly face
would you then see it as a more acceptable statement? A bad joke and a threat can come across similarly on the internet. The problem is with the reasonable doubt planted within the statement, which very well may have been the ham-fisted purpose of the wording. I'm not condoning this kind of rhetoric, but whether he meant makeover, surgery or physical harm doesn't seem clear. For this reason, I'm completely clueless how it will be interpreted in relation to the rules/guidelines.

I don't see any threat to inflict bodily harm. Am I missing something? All I see is an insult, "ugly" and a location "Serbia".

I stand corrected, I was reading it incorrectly; very incorrectly! He is talking about finding someone in Serbia and making a "correction" to their face. Sounds like a physical threat and I apologize for comprehending that incorrectly the first time around. Although, I would say that is less explicit than the moderators/staff might like for an actionable offense; I don't see this happening very often around here so I'm unsure of exactly where that line is.
