Escrow here with a good escrow guy like my self.

Means the seller is at risk for a return for the 1 or 2 day test period.

Escrow on ebay means seller can be subject to 6 month clawback returns.

I have a really good escrow rating read my trust.

I work with buyer and seller when there are issues.

I am an honest guy.

The op of this thread 🧵 wants to do the deal without escrow.

So basically I would not buy it from him here I would buy it from him on ebay. He offered the info he has it on ebay.

Yeah, right! In case you didn't know, there are reference links for each of those ratings and even if you've edited some of your posts, we could still access the unedited version ^{[thanks to a couple of users that archive every single post almost instantly]}.

None of those ensures the safety of buyers!

The whole point in using an escrow service is to make sure both of the involved parties are safe ^{[not just one of them]}.

Unfortunately, it's not that hard to fake those!

In regards to other nonsense things, it's not worth the trouble/risk.

Please ignore the trust ratings on my account as they are not valid. There are no official rules stating you cannot ask for a no collateral loan (what the trust ratings are about), only recommendations not to do that. I also have collateral anyway, which includes these computers if I were to get a loan. So anyone saying I am not following forum rules or am a scammer for not providing collateral is lying and also the trust ratings are completely invalid.

I will ship from the United States. The package will be insured fully in case of damage. I will also give you my personal phone number and/or email to communicate, so we do not have to use Escrow. You can file a police report if the item is not as described anyway, but it should be and if it is damaged in transit then the insurance I put on the package would cover the item fully. I would require you to pay return shipping on the item though if it is not what you expected for some reason and if it was damaged at all I would pay for the return shipping, which insurance would cover when I get the item back.

These laptops all run great and have no problems at all except for what is listed in the description. I would like to avoid using Escrow due to miscommunications where funds can get held up if there was a scam to occur (not saying you would scam, but if I trade 100 people there is likely at least a couple that would try to scam me through Escrow). We can communicate directly if you wish and are open to revealing your anonymity to me and if not I can always verify my personal information with you to insure that I am not a scammer as I could get arrested/charged with a crime for doing that provided you have my real identity and the trade goes through.

I would prefer you to just the payment to me and I could overnight the laptop to you or ship it via USPS priority, which it would arrive in 2-3 days to you if you live in the states. I would pay for standard priority shipping, but overnight or international shipping I would require you to pay for. I am open to international shipping I would just need to verify all the details before I ship it out to you, so there is no confusion in the shipping process and everything is insured correctly.

You can also buy these laptops from me directly from eBay if you are interested. I have them all listed on eBay and I will send you the links privately if you are indeed going to buy one of them.



I haven't sold any laptops on here before these would be my first I've sold on here. Please refer to the above statements I made regarding my negative feedback that is absolutely invalid. Please also look above to my response for using escrow. I have an eBay account with this computer listed if you would prefer to pay that way, although there are a lot of additional fees that go along with buying stuff through eBay. We can chat on the phone regarding this sale or through voice call on Skype or another type of chatting software if you want, but I do not want to use escrow as there is still a chance for me to be scammed and if I sell 100 of these laptops through escrow there is bound to be a few people who say the laptops are damaged, not working, not as described, etc. and then there would be a big hassle with getting my money back. At least with shipping via USPS I can insure the package to you and if there is any damages to the product it will be fully covered by insurance and you would receive a refund from me. Also if you are not happy with the product you can return it to me, but I would require you to pay the return shipping on that.

Nobody in their right mind would "really" be interested unless they'd know what they'll be purchasing first ^{[the names and prices means nothing without the configs and pics]}.

Selling three laptops, send me an offer or post one here. Willing to take many payment methods. All laptops are in excellent and working condition and run great, aside from the ASUS laptop that has a cracked screen. I will send the specific details of each computer to anyone who is interested in purchasing them.

ASUS touch screen/tablet computer (cracked screen, about 8 years old, looks brand new aside from the screen) - $250

Dell Inspiron (no battery, but looks brand new and runs excellent with the charger plugged in) - $175

Elitebook HP laptop (no battery, but runs great with charger plugged in, looks brand new as well) - $175
