What is return policy if the item that were delivered got some damage during shipping or if the item doesn't work as described. Buyers can't charge back in bitcoins like in paypal. How you guys thought of handling this return claims?

In the event that a product is damaged during shipment, the customer should document the damage and contact our support team as soon as possible. We will then issue the customer a return label that they can attach onto the package for return. Once the damaged product is received by our team, we will either ship out a new product or return the Bitcoin paid per the customer's request.

If you have anymore questions feel free to ask. Thanks!

Your selection of goods is very very small..
Plus, you don't have any information regarding shipping in general..

The policies are listed at the checkout page.
We currently can only ship in North America. Each product ships in the original box of the brand with a tracking number sent to the customer.

Regarding the selection, we understand its currently a small inventory, but if you would like us to add anything that you would like to see in the shop, feel free to contact us.
Thanks!

Your design is very good. However, you must consider changing your domain. It is not a good idea to open a online shop using .ml domain. Which country can you send goods to ? Can you send them to China if someone orders a product from there ?

Thank you. I agree with you, we are currently looking for a different domain. A majority of the TLDs for "ThreePoints" are already taken.

As of right now, we only ship in North America (US, Canada, and Mexico), but we are trying to expand delivery to Europe, South America, and Asia.

Made an account here just to say that you guys are absolutely amazing!!!

I hesitantly bought a small bottle from the "bar" (lol), and it literally showed up at my door step in about 2 hours. AMAZING!  Shocked
Some advise though: Your location selections are extremely limited, I would add more cities if you can. It was awesome to see mine listed there though.

Awesome! Glad you enjoy our services. We will be adding more cities shortly.

Three Points, Cryptostore

Three Points is a bitcoin only e-commerce website that sells brand new and authentic commercial and luxury goods.

Our Current Setup

We wanted to launch Three Points rapidly before Cyber Monday to start selling our inventory for the holiday season. Shopify is our current hosting provider, but we will shift towards an independently hosted platform after this holiday season ends. We currently have a small inventory listed on our shop, but we will be adding new products everyday. Also, Three Points wants to hear from you, the customers, on what product(s) you would like to purchase with your bitcoin. You can contact us through our website form about what products you would like to see added to Three Points.

As of Cyber Monday 2016, We Offer:
  • Sneakers
  • Drones
  • iPhones
  • Select Liquors for Select US Cities (Cities will Expand Soon)

Three Points will begin adding a large amount of products to the inventory starting Cyber Monday 2016, so make sure to recheck the shop often.

FAQ's

What payment gateway are you using to accept Bitcoin?

Three Points currently uses the GoCoin Bitcoin payment gateway to receive funds for orders. Because of this, we only require a shipping address and the bitcoin for the order to begin processing the order, billing address is optional and not needed.

What locations do you ship to?

As of November 27th 2016, we can ship to locations in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, so currently only in North America. Our team is working on expanding our shipping efforts to countries in Europe, Asia, Oceania, and South America. Also note, we will not be able to ship products to P.O. boxes.

How do you ship the products listed in "Brock's Bar"?
Three Points doesn't ship or even hold any of the listed alcoholic products in "Brock's Bar". When you purchase a bottle from Three Points, that exact bottle is brought from a local store near you and delivered to you. This means you can get your drink(s) quickly and digitally, but we are also limited to certain locations.

Are you legit?
If you mean "are we scammers", then no we are not scammers. When you place an order on Three Points, you will receive multiple emails regarding your order, payment, shipment tracking, and delivery notice. Also, you will receive your authentic product at your door step in the exact condition described on the product page, which is most likely listed as "brand new" and/or "sealed".

Thanks!
- Brock, Three Points
