Does anyone know of any tickers that can be programmed for pop-up alerts at set values (such as prices)? Right now I am using Bitcoinicity and I like everything about it except that it lacks this feature. It doesn't need to be web-based either.

Also found: http://www.domchi.cc/mybitcoins/ a widget for windows shows alerts in different colors.

An android app. Or a bitcoin ticker for I-phone you can set an alert based on given number up or down.
