I haven't used Tidex, I don't know if this is another decentralized exchange. For this type of exchange, etherdelta has made us feel bad. The very congested trading process has to wait for more than 1 hour to complete a transaction.

The transaction hash should still show up in block explorers though, if that's the case.

No news is good news, we haven't heard about op since then, the problem must have been solved most likely

Maybe your problem have nothing to do with Tidex. Maybe the network on the token you are withdrawing is clogged or having some problems. Try to look for an update. But I agree that Tidex should answer your ticket to clear the situation.

Trollbox in most exchanges are imposed with strict rules. I suspect they considered it as spam.

After hours? Give it a day or two at least although I can't guarantee they'll really respond within that time frame for the reason that exchanges these days have a turtle-like support. Then again, your problem could also be solved on its own. I'm guessing, the transaction is signed but hasn't been broadcasted yet. Whatever the case is, there's only one option but to wait.

You do made some good presumption on here which i do believe the same thing too. This turns out to be a drama to make an issue and you would be enforced to make some refunds and this greedy bastard wants more refund and uses another persona to take advantage. Its basically an obvious thing on here which hes just the same on that scammer person on where he do sent his funds but i do rather believe they are all the same person. Brilliant eh?

I know this post is old but I had to laugh at the idiots that paid for a pump and dump signal and got scammed.  Funnies shit ive seen all day, idiots that think an exchange would have a oump and dump group for thier exchamge.  Then they called the cops when they are the ones trying to commit the crime lol.  Yeah pump and dump is a crime, its called market manipulation.

Yes tidex is a legit exchange, I do trade in this exchange and I never had any problem. Even btc withdrawal is fast it process my request right away. Maybe next time make sure of the deposit address before making such an action. My friends also use this exchange site and smooth to use.

I strongly think you're mixing things up with each other. Tidex is 100% a legit exchange which I also used several times, not so often but my friends are also using it and they're all satisfied with it.

Think well before you blame a company, they can take position against you with their lawyers.

First of all, some time ago the administrator of the telegram group changed the status of the group from public (https://telegram.me/Tidex_Exchange) > to private (https://t.me/joinchat/AAAAAEHL3N1Mlis6qsjpxQ). Scammers took advantage of this and created a public group with the same name.



We sorted out the problem and make refund for two victims.



By the way, "Mosi" and Gholdor is the same person.



After that, we realized that these scam actions will not stop, the scammer will want to get more and to prevent the future problem we made an official announcement


And as we thought, we received a new request.


While the account was created only 7/7/2017
