Blockchain.info attempts to give you an estimate. There may be others, but it is one of them. And all are just estimates.

Thanks for your answer and yes i'm already using blockchain.info but i though that there is another blockchain explorer that can offer an approx time with minutes or hours e.g. this transaction:

I simply want to know what is the name of the blockchain explorer that show you the approximative time of your confirmation to get confirmed.
I didn't know that this concept exists until i read It in a post here (that i forgot where to find it).
Ofc, i know that normally it takes 10 min or more with the standard fee but i want to know how takes for no fee to get confirmed.
