I want to go to the time when Mustafa ...[snip]...

Yeah, I saw they had altered the timeline so that Istanbul was no longer the capital of Turkey but this really takes the cake. That's the old Benito Mustacholini, HAH. I had wondered what happened to him.

This is the new Benito BTW:

note:

For a so called "bad guy" the old Benito was probably the most liked and popular leader of his time. It's little wonder you like this guy so much, he was really good at getting people to adore him.

"The truth is that although the treacherous people responsible for these time travel  experiments are guilty of treason, murder, and more, this sinister shadow-group can only continue to control finances and manipulate governments on a global scale ~ for as long as the majority of the world population remains unaware of who they are and what they are doing, along with their deadly, exploitative and potentially disastrous use of super-technology." -- Jane Tripp

So now I'm wondering what other function installing a cellular network in the past has. These guys never do something for just one reason.

I've read various conspiracy theories that state the microwaves used in cellular communications can manipulate DNA, alter brain waves and hormone levels.

If you bring a cellphone with you in the past it will not work because there is no field...

You need a different explanation than time travel if you really think those people were actually using it.
I think it was probably just a mistake camera, but it's really cool Cheesy

I don't see problem with a group of time travelers setting up a cellular network for communications within their target time period.

No one asks them why are they digging all the streets to pass their cables?

No one notices the thousands of antennas they are placing all around?

Well obviously they wouldn't be setting up a nationwide infrastructure for millions of customers. A few strategically paced sites could be set up clandestinely.

How  to connect those strategic places between them?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cell_on_wheels

"COWs are used to provide expanded cellular network coverage and/or capacity at special events such as major sporting events (Super Bowl, World Series, Rose Bowl), major conventions, or in disaster areas where cellular coverage either was never present (e.g., in a wilderness area where firefighters have set up a command center during a major forest fire) or was compromised by the disaster (e.g., in the Gulf Coast after Hurricane Katrina). Following the September 11 attacks on New York City in 2001, 36 cellular COWs were deployed by September 14, 2001 in Lower Manhattan to support the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and provide critical phone service to rescue and recovery workers."

In this new era of the telephone and TV, many stunts were done. The stunt of the cellphone in the pics was probably organized by Charlie Chaplin as some kind of promotional gimmick. Did Chaplin suspect that someday we would actually have things like walkie talkies? Who knows? There may have been some instances of short-range radio even back then.

Other than that, if there is practical time travel, why not make the cellphone radio waves travel over time to the cell towers of today?

Proof of Time Travel? – China

"The famous Swiss watch found in a tomb in China is an example of possible time travel evidence. This cool and interesting discovery was made in December 2008. Chinese archaeologists allegedly removed the opening of a giant coffin within what was believed to be an undisturbed, 400-year old Si Qing tomb in Shangsi County.

As they removed the soil around the coffin, however, they were shocked  to discover the tiny watch.

A small piece of metal shaped like a watch, with the time frozen at 10:06.

They believed they were the first to visit the Ming dynasty grave in Shangsi,  southern China, since its occupant’s funeral.
The watch in the shape of a ring marked  ‘Swiss’ that is thought to be just a century old. The mysterious timepiece was encrusted in mud and rock and had stopped at  10:06. Watches were not around at the time of the Ming Dynasty and Switzerland did  not even exist as a country, an expert pointed out."

Based on my analysis of apparently altered historical events (see The Berenstæin Bears thread) and years of movie and sci-fi propaganda I suspect "they" currently have a functional time machine.

While I suspect the John Titor story is a complete fabrication created by "them" they do provide some interesting technical drawings of their time machine:
