In most cases, we find people that have quality/enough time to do or learn something, but they really don't utilize that time with real activities that matters, thereby rendering that time useless, and we all know that we can never recover lost times. i guess maybe because even though it is valuable, we all have time. we all have it it all just boils down to how can you properly make use of it. unfortunately we know that time is the one that is taken advantage of the most some people do not take time seriously and act like they will go on to live forever so they do not need to be efficient and use every second like it is their last

Because it can’t be directly converted into cash unlike other intangible assets like trademark and brand which has value on it.
