They are not copyrighted NFT's. As you checked that my collection are verified on rarible NFT marketplace. I have applied for verification on opensea too. I hope they will soon verify my collection too.
Please read my idea again...

I meant that you are using Twitter brand and logo for marketing without their consent. It's like selling twitter t-shirts and stuff with twitter logo in them. You can't just say that you are not using copyrighted material when you are literally using their brand for selling nfts. There is even that bird logo right there on open sea.

And you can apply your verification all you want but i am betting that their partner https://rarible.com/twitter/ wouldn't accept your marketing in a million years.

he doesn't understand it. his concern was on his NFT that has not copy right instead of thinking if his NFT was mentioning logo or big brand that already copy righted. This sounds illegal for anyone who know how copy right work.

I still don't understand what's a benefit of buying this NFT,
One reason, wasting your money instead of getting benefit from this kind of NFT.

What are your opinions about this NFT collection.Huh
It's better for you to make your own one that didn't mention any logo or domain by the big company like twitter. Try your luck with your own original NFT

What are your opinions about this NFT collection.Huh

I like your idea and collection of NFTs. What else do you want from us? To buy them?
I would not buy them because i have no intentions of using them on my Twitter profile. Secondly NFT buying selling for profit is a risky business as in most cases, you will not find the buyers for your NFT.

By the way, did you sell any of your NFT?
This is also why I find it weird to see NFTs being solve even if its just a simple tweet, such a hype on that and it might be worthless in the future so I'm also not buying any NFTs without any utility. NFTs are mostly came from the hype, if you don't want to lose money easily don't buy it not unless you have the extra money. Most probably, OP also sells some NFTs.

Nfts are still in the early stages, it's risky to invest in a new ideas because no one knows if this idea will succeed in the long term, when the hype start to fade that moment will be the moment of truth for the nfts space
Everything about NFT now is majorly hype. The NFT creators make their money while the holders will have to wait for a long time to sell their holdings and make gains. What I've been seeing recently is people buying different NFTs of their choice but I've not seen the buyers reselling it in the way it ought to be.

I am a lover of NFT and I'm still digging deep what the market will look like in the next few years coming. Everybody body want to make money cause creating an NFT is not as hard as creating a token.

I still don't understand what's a benefit of buying this NFT, maybe the fans of celebrities really want it and are willing to pay a high price. but in the future I think this NFT buyer will be in a difficult situation and this is of course related to copyright. or maybe the project developer has collaborated with those celebrities
Benefits? well just a like a typical crypto you can also flip them but it can only be tricky because you may have a hard time of selling your nft if the nft is not popular. The op also cleared it that there is no copyright involved on this one and he already ask the permission of that nft marketplace but I only don't know if he ask twitter about it.

Rarible is a well known marketplace for nft so I am very sure that they won't allowed illegal stuffs. For those who dig for nft's they will probably get their hands on this new nft but for us that are not a fan of nft's we can only watch if what happens next. Let see if this is going to be the next big thing in nft or this is a flop.

Am not interested, Infact, I really have a bitter taste with NFTs, anything that involves buying NFTs is a no no for me, I will rather spend my money buying bitcoin and original and legit tokens rather than investing in NFTs that will fade away in no time leaving the investor with nice looking NFTs and no one to buy them.

And besides, like what many have said here, this looks illegal to me, if for example this project becomes big that it gets the attention of Twitter and the owners of those accounts who's profiles pics are used for the NFTs, and sure the owners of this project will be having questions to answer, so I personally keep myself out of what is not unique.

Nfts are still in the early stages
Not anymore, NFTs have been there I think from 2017-2018, they're already there but only a few projects got the attention of many investors.
As for OPs idea of using those profiles with blue check mark and popular people, I think that the real owner is not him neither the owner of those profiles but Twitter himself as the rightful owner of those profiles with blue check.

Well, as much as I really liked Twitter boss, this just goes to show he is as much a degen as the rest of NFT space.

I have mentioned in previous threads what I think of NFTs and this just proves what I said about them.

One day, these will go big and one day, these will go even bigger, until they all fall down and nobody but the very rich will buy them, just like all those expensive art we all can't afford and can't understand.

Of course, there are those who are interested in a situation like this and it's clear that there is a lot of interest in the market, especially with something personal that can be published where maybe he hasn't and can't get it and now there are facilities that can be used.
as long as there are continuous updates that can provide more innovation than the usual what is obtained will obviously be something that will be sought after and in demand.
I myself try to learn first before I also want to be able to use it, again an extraordinary prospect in my opinion, but are there also many who are interested? only time will answer.

This is a bit shady or shall I say I don't completely understand why or what was the purpose of this?
If Twitter didn't allow a verified user to change its name or domain name then why does other can use it if they bought it?
And as far as I am concerned, buying NFTs nowadays is more like of a money grabbing, they aren't useful in some aspect though but if it's a game, I might consider it.

I don't know man. I mean I get that there is a hype about owning stuff using the NFT technology, but that doesn't mean that we should all be doing that. I get that it is a good thing that you could won your twitter handle in an NFT way and there will be some people who will want that.

But, I already do own my twitter handle, like it's mine, where will it go? If twitter bans it, then it's banned, doesn't mean a thing that I hold its NFT in my hands, or if I change it, I can change it, it's mine and I can do whatever I want with it. Do we really need something like this to exist? I am not saying it is futile, but I do not see the point in this unfortunately.

Profiting from copyrighted brand names rarely ends well for the original seller. I would imagine that rarible will need to shut this down if they work with regulators, or if this gets so big that twitter even notices the existence of this.

" Blue tick on twitter account profile shows that it's a verified profile. A verified profile can't change its username. If it changes its username, twitter cancels their verified account status. Because it is against the twitter rules. Your twitter username will be your twitter domain. Every twitter profile have a unique username we named it "domain". To reuse a registered twitter domain is impossible.  NFT makes it possible to again use a already registered domain. You can buy your favorite domain NFT and set it as a profile picture. Check out the most popular profiles NFT."

As I am not selling out twitter username. I have targeted only the verified twitter profile that cannot change their username. So, if you liked their username then you can use it as an NFT at your profile picture.
