I have 7 ryzen CPU that I use for raptoreum mining and it was so profitable when raptoreum coin was at its ATH but now its not even worth mining, is it time to shut down my rig? .

I think those CPU-s make enough Raptoreum coins for you to save them and build up your stash,of course if you have the economic power to keep running them although right now they are unprofitable.Personally I am mining at work (am allowed to do so with permission) with my 2 PC-s,one is an old Xeon processor and the other a core i5 8500,both of them make me like 12-15 coins daily and I am already near 1000 with just two months of free mining.

If you need to put money from your pocket to keep the rigs running to pay for electricity and you cannot afford to,then shut them down.If you can afford to keep the rigs mining by all means do so,in the long run I predict beautiful things will happen to such persons.

To say the truth Raptoreum has nothing good to offer this crypto space, I don't expect anything good from this project right from day one that's why I don't bother to mine it, as you can see its already dumped and I don't think it has what it takes to recover.

They created the Ghostrider algo as well as the first coin to work on implementing futures into their code.

They are also building a game to complement their contract functionality.

Although their current price is not too appealing in the mining sense, the project still bring something to the table in the crypto-space.

Did you have a small business plan when you started mining? If your expenses exceed profit, then it is easier for you to stop mining and buy cryptocurrency.
I think that as long as mining gives at least a small profit, the equipment should work.

The coin has already dropped by 90% since it's all-time high 5 months ago, and we are not even in a serious bear market yet. Imagine what would happen when a bear market is  in full swing. The chart I am seeing right now is just a clear pump and dump.

I would say, just let the coin go and look out for another one.

I think all are a pump and dump right now because thieves are using eth 2.0 incoming fork hype to do the scamming scheme. I'm selling, I already sold zil, now needs rvn and eth and some other altcoins, I'm waiting for that pump and dump on those coins so I can sell close to the top, in 2018 i hold some bags, not going to hold any bag this time.

No point in running these rigs if they are not profitable unless you want to hold Raptoreum coins for the long term, you can consider solar panels without battery backup, if your rigs takes up to 500watt combine build a 1000watt solar farm.

I would mine veruscoin, for long time the most profitable coin for CPU mining. I mine it for over 2 years now and the overall average reward was more than every other CPU mineable coin in the last year.

Switch to Monero mining.
Bad advice, Monero mining is even worst than Raptoreum It's better not to mine any CPU coins presently none of them is profitable right now.

If your motherboards have good PCIe slot space do not sell, keep them for GPU mining builds maybe later when GPU value drops when ETH 2.0 become active in June, sell others that have one or two slots.

When a coin is at the lowest profitability, is a opportunity for scammers and thieves to pump it a lot again and dump a lot later on, no point in mining something if there is no profit unless you want to make the coin network more secure but doing so you are the one losing it, the ones who have high stakes on this coin is taking advantage of your contribution indirectly, never be a sheep, so better to turn it off and sell your components while they still have some value, the devaluation or depreciation of pc components is very high due to 6 in 6 months we have a new thing that is better than the old thing, soon all the nvidia 3xxx gpu series will be a thing of the past, for now they are still hot.
