True, but other NFTs that aren't used in gaming cost more, NFT in general is pretty much broad and is definitely the current hype right now, but since they've entered the gaming industry I am pretty much sure that this is just the start of an era for Blockchain and Gaming, more games are ought to be developed by huge companies and just like Meta, Facebook's new company name, the Metaverse is just one of the many games you'll see in the future, so, to answer your question, NFT is definitely the new reality and just a trend anymore.

many people think that what has been passed in the past is only a short term life nothing can last long.!
yes what you say is true friend?. For the metaverse trend, I think this will be much better than the previous trend, on the other hand, for games that are a solution that can make money because it's not just a waste of time, of course. this will be a lot of people playing metaverse games and will live long term

Excellent insight because Play to Earn games change life of many people. The pandemic knocks them down but the GameFi PlaytoEarn games help them to earn enough money for daily expense and I believe many of gamers get rich too.

It is one chance in their life to get rich by playing, with P2E games, with NFTs, etc.

It is very common because there's a lot of people who know the value of NFTs project worth it to hold.
NFTs showed a real decentralized project, just because it can't be destroyed and the data should be on the blockchain and the best thing is it's easy to trace the original owner of the collection that you've collected.

And another factor is the NTF play-to-earn games which are very trending now since there's a lot of people staying at home while there's a pandemic and while playing why not if you will earn too.

NFT based digital art hype is going down and the new name in the block is Metaverse. Facebook has already started working on it and Twitter might enter it too. This hype is for real and I think it will stay for a long time. New blockchain like Solano and Polygon are being used to launch such projects as they are way cheap than Ethereum.

NFT is part of GameFi DeFi and Metaverse world. With the participation of Facebook into Metaverse, it would bring more capital to this industry and remember that Facebook invested into VR a lot.

I don't think it is coincidence why Facebook decided to spend big resources for Metaverse trend. It would be big and after Facebook, we will see more big techs join Metaverse.

Twitter pulled the triggered with Lightning, Facebook continued with Metaverse. The future in next few years will be big for crypto and NFT will be given more chance to grow.

That's right, their hype has been too high for the past few months and it's possible that this kind of exaggeration will end quickly because they have lots of loopholes and violations, such as fraud and even manipulation.
it seems that if things like this continue then it is not impossible that we will see NFT become one of the frauds later.
