This steps:
On twitter
1. Revoke app from your twitter account
2. Rename your twitter account
3. log out
On Twitter Audit
1. log out your account
2. Auditing another twitter account
3. Auditing your twitter account that has been renamed
5. Its new audit for your account
You can rename again your twitter account
I have do it and its work 100%
