The best would be to breathe deeply and exercise lightly every day for at least 45 minutes.

Just keep on doing what makes you happy and do your favorite hobby like playing games or make more money.
One of my way to control my temper are listening in my favorite music and playing online games such League of Legends and Apex Legends. What do you mean? that by just making money you can control your temper?

I agree with you that playing games will help you to control your temper. I will answer the question. I mean by just making money you can become happy especially if earn huge amount of money and even you can't control your temper once you heard that you earn huge income you will instantly become happy and you can now manage your temper. I usually earn money by just doing investing and trading even sometime I lose my temper because of losses I still manage it because I know I can earn huge money and right now I keep doing investment where I can make more money.

Something that can be difficult but is very effective is to count to 10 or also imagine a possible scenario where you say ugly words and the damage you can cause in the other person may stop you from doing so. Also in that a harder fight can be formed, and that unnecessary energy is spent on it, where it is most likely that the other person is wrong with you and I do not even talk to you anymore.

Avoid them as much as possible so you won't need to deal with them.
But what am I supposed to do if I can't avoid them, like for example - a co-worker?
It is difficult to control your temper especially if the people around you always irritates and messes with you. You can try to take a break and breath. It actually works for me one time when I felt frustrated from losing on a trade investment. The key to keep your cool head is to take your time to collect your thoughts and don't act without thinking about it. The last time I got frustrated is after I act so quickly that I didn't think of consequences that it would bare. But right now I have changed, and I also seek different kinds of solutions to solve every angle of the problem. One way that I am considering right now is the upcoming exchanger of Bitrus. It might actually help to solve my problems in losing so much money here.

Just stop thinking every body is against you. When someone does something against you don't take it too personal, we all do things we regret against others. Just forgive.

Breathe and think. It's not just about thinking at that moment but also afterward, reflect on what happened and how you could have behaved. You have to mold your mind to think that going with the temper is not the best option.

one rule for me. Think before you speak. In the heat of the moment, it's easy to say something you'll later regret. Take a few moments to collect your thoughts before saying anything — and allow others involved in the situation to do the same.

Take a timeout. Timeouts aren't just for kids. Give yourself short breaks during times of the day that tend to be stressful. A few moments of quiet time might help you feel better prepared to handle what's ahead without getting irritated or angry. And use humor to help you face what's making you angry and, possibly, any unrealistic expectations you have for how things should go. Avoid sarcasm, though — it can hurt feelings and make things worse.

The very thing you do every day is the easiest way to reduce or eliminate stress: breath. Practicing breathing in a moment will help your brain train itself to concentrate on your present work. You will feel stressed out of the back of your head. Minutes to concentrate on breathing. Close the door, put aside the distractions aside and just sit on the chair and breathe. The goal is to spend the whole time concentrating on your breath, which will keep your mind from wandering. Focus on inhaling, exhaling, and sensation.

When someone gets you mad, you just have to remember that what he says about you doesn't really concern to you. That's all concerns to him, all his words and feelings. Because when someone wants to hurt you, means that he was hurt even before. So, you should just relax and stop noticing his negative. From that moment he won't be able to do you anything.

I used to be a professional poker player and had to deal with controlling my temper a lot. Not an easy thing to do if you are born with a lot of it Cheesy. Anyway what I did was tjat I red this book: https://upswingpoker.com/mindset-tips-improve-results/. It is for poker players but it covers real life aspects and teaches not to dwell on things you can`t control. For example standing in a long line in a shop and so on.

It teaches you how these unfortunate things just happen to everyone and how it does not just happen to you only. It had some really great tips to control your emotions so if you know anything about poker I would recommend reading it not to be good at poker but to learn how to control your temper and how to look at the big picture of things.

When you are faced with an unpleasant trigger and about to lose your temper, you can distract yourself. Try to refocus yourself, maybe think about other stuff more important than the situation you are in. Do not dwell on the negative that is infront of you. Let it pass. Choose your battles.

Anger emotions can be overwhelming, and so difficult to put together but however hard, in order not to do something that you will regret forever, you need to put yourself under control and not do anything drastic until the feeling has dissipate largely. You can take in a deep breath, expend some energy  by hitting on the wall if you have to but do well not hit on anyone or say thing you will regret.

2. Understand the cause for your anger. If you know what you are, and you believe in it, then most of the times there is not really a reason for you to get angry.

Honeslty, that seems more of something that treats the symptoms of tempermental issues  rather a solution.

Depends on the issue causing tempers to rise.  If it's something small, like say girlfriend/boyfriend is hassling you are about something trivial, a joint is perfect way to help ease the tension.  I'm not advocating to use it to solve major life problems, but it will help calm down and think about a solution in reasonable sense of mind rather than one of anger.

I see your point and agree to some extent.

anger comes from an unhealthy mind .the person needs a lot of support initially from people around.but it is difficult for them to predict such situations.so what i recommend is to move away from such situation and try to hum a song or try to keep you busy by gardening and cooking.
