This don't make sense to me, repeating the same thing over and over again ,why. You had a good point but your repetition makes the topic unnecessary.

That's because he want a merit. Nowadays most people focus on earning merit, whining about it. Some are creating post that looks like helping but it's not, there is a search feature of course that would help and the op double post the thread.

Jajaja you totally lose the sarcasm in there...

To the OP, I told you: this post probably belongs to Beginners and Help, but whatever. You can move/delete or lock it.

You are trying it TOO HARD. You are posting the same topic in more than one board which is unnecessary. I do not think this topic worth posting on two boards since I do not find any value at all. It's just another junk TBH. You never bothered to use the search function of the forum before composing the topic. Please don't do it again.

Gave YOU one merit, sir.   This bullshit posting just for merit has to stop...

Sorry for double post. Because idk where it to be on Meta or Beginners sub forum.
And yeah, I already edit the post https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--4608592

The post doesn't belong to meta, but to beginners. Meta is about forum discussion, if you want to make a guideline, then post it on the beginners.
When you make a duplicate post you are breaking the rules:
12. No duplicate posting in multiple boards (except for re-posting it in the local language boards if it's translated).

Also, if you think your post belongs to another board, you just move it, not copy-paste the whole thread in different ones and then edit one; if you don't want a post to continue existing, then you lock it or delete it (depends on the board permissions)

Gave YOU one merit, sir.   This bullshit posting just for merit has to stop...

Well done, sir. Thanks, sir.

Also, it is so easy to detect all the merit-seekers... This is so evident they just want to earn some merit that I beginning to develop an eye-cancer every time I read this kind of shit.

am sorry, am already lock the topic on Meta.
and thank you for CMIIW.

- Editing someone else's topic concept if the original topic received enough merits.

This clearly applies to this thread.

The original concept of this thread is actually created by icalical, he posted it in my local board. After I've suspected him of doing plagiarism, that's when the OP tried to contact icalical and edit this topic to add the references.

No doubt, the creativity is going beyond imaginations. So far, these are my picks...
- Posting same thread on multiple boards
- Keep moving a thread from one board to another
- Editing someone else's topic concept if the original topic received enough merits.
- To many how to/tips/tutorial, most of them are really unnecessary and already done by someone else.
- etc. (I will try to add more once I remember)

As the thread title i want to inform you how to Sort thread as we want Cheesy

On default Bitcointalk forum, thread showing on the first list was the last have reply. But i will tell you some trick that you can use here

First, pick some sub-forum, example : Announcements (Altcoins)
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0

Then add on URL like this:

1. Showing newest thread on first page :
Code:
;sort=first_post;desc
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0;sort=first_post;desc

2. Showing oldest thread on first page:
Code:
;sort=first_post;asc
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0;first_post;asc

3. Showing thread with most reply on first page.
Code:
;sort=replies;desc
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0;sort=replies;desc

4. Showing thread with less reply on first page.
Code:
;sort=replies;asc
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0;sort=replies;asc

5. Showing thread with most view on first page:
Code:
;sort=views;des
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0;sort=views;desc

6. Showing thread with less view on first page:
Code:
;sort=views;asc
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0;sort=views;asc

So thats a few tips from me. Hopefully can help all beginner on this forum
THANK YOU!
