First, you need to determine the bounty campain that you have ability to do: signature, social media network or product contents. And all bounties are required one thing: strictly follow their rules!
If you is newbie, i recommend you do Twitter & Facebook bounty because of easily required, and at the same time you make constructive comments on this forum to upgrade your bitcointalk rank to qualify for participation Signature campain.
Join more campains and you might do others kind of bounties if you can

well executed bounty program can bring buzz for ico and tokens to participants.

I have been following crypto for a bit, but finally decided to join the forum. Great to be here. Been active with only a few bounties and airdrops. Usually, only those that require little effort. Like maybe filling a survey or whatnot. Yes, you can end with a bunch of tokens - but is it really worth it. I think the main thing is to join those that do interest you - if you are just there to collect as many tokens as possible you can be very busy just doing all these tasks. If in the end, they are not worth anything - you will have just wasted your time. Although i could be wrong and you can hit a jackpot.  Maybe its a better use of time to research and invest in those that you believe have a future to become something big.

You have to be at least junior member first before joining any bounty and campaign. For now, I suggest that you read and study crypto first so that when you rank up to jr member, you will have more knowledge about crypto itself.

I've never heard of the site mentioned above, but I've seen BountyHive advertised around here by some reputable folks. I have never personally used it, but I've heard some good success stories about people finding exactly what they're looking for there.

yes you chosen correct path for a beginner.you have to do bounty and airdrops and get some free coins first .then you can seel them and you can build your capital in this way. when you select a bounty campaign there are few things you have to consider.first see the percentage of tokens/fiat allocated for your bounty champaign.then see how many participants are there for it.because most of the bounty campaigns based on stakes system so you will have to choose good bounties with a low number of participants to get the maximum benefit.so don't forget to upgrade your fb/twitter and bitcointalk accounts with a high number of friends/followers  or rank.that will help to maximize your profits

In the crypto world bounty campaigns is a rewards program that should be part of the marketing campaign.
Users who have a certain rank within the platform can participate by using avatars and signatures suggested by the program.
 Keep on writing good post and earn the forms respect and earn merit.

If being a part of a signature campaign is your primary aim or goal while spending your time on the forum then you can expect that no signature campaign will be interested in you. Regularly ambition towards something would serve you well, but in this instance signature campaigns are for members that have somewhat established themselves through ranking, post history and are regular users of the forum. Users that are exclusively posting to be paid are not interested in having conversations, contributing real information or offering meaningful services to the community.

I would suggest you continue to read, ask questions and use the search function so that you can get yourself fully informed and find a more significant way to contribute to the community. If you simply want to say thank you, users are appreciative of "Thank you" PMs (Private Messages), because this normally isn't sufficient to post. You have to find what about the forum or cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin in particular is interesting to you; what makes you think, what makes you excited and what do you have to say or offer towards it? I recommend reading the Bitcoin Whitepaper if you have not done so already.

Study and do your research first, then the money will come. You go straight to those bounty stuff then you're pretty much bound to fail. It's like applying for a science teacher without any prior knowledge on the subject.
