Your tips are not bad, but I would suggest not to beg for merits. It will not help you, quite the contrary.
Even if someone found your post of excellent quality, they wouldn't give you merits just because you asked.

Let me share one additional tip how to find a good bounty campaign:

5. Look for established users of higher rank and a great number of earned merit points. Check the signatures they wear. They have most likely selected the best bounty campaigns already.

Those are just basic rules that one bounty hunter should carry everytime he joins one ICO.

Best to join both the Official Telegram and also the Bounty telegram. See if both admins are active. If not you should really doubt that it could be a good campaign. Most investors wants to be updated of every movement that will happen with the certain ICO's. Even if it have a good manager and the tokens are given it will be not worthy enough when valued by the market.

Yes, your first point is of utmost importance when looking into a good bounty campaign to participate in. White paper explains a lot about the project. It either makes or mare the project. Good white paper will attract lots of investors from the start of the project and attract bounty participants that put white paper into consideration as part of their criteria for choosing good bounty campaign.

Yes but the white Paper is the base of other user to look before they join in the community. But your correct some of the good white paper and best idea the result is scam or run the money of the investors.
