Think this should be in Gambling discussion but anyways here are my 2 cents on the topic. Generally speaking, odds on under 3.5 goals are fairly low. Odds on under 2.5 goals are just about 1.9x or around it, depending on the teams playing and how their previous meetings have been. Under 3.5x is about 1.3-1.4x, I mean, its alright but unless you are very certain that it would stay under 3.5 goals, while making a parlay(never a good idea). It's not really worth the odds for me. However, I do end up betting on it from time to time, when I'm uncertain about the teams but I want to stake something on the game. Mixed results, tbh.

This are just tips that can help your analysis it doesn't guarantee 100 percent safety
1.Defense: Defensive strength is a very important factor, ensure you focus on teams with solid defensive records to keep
The scoreline low..when two opponents don't concede easily the scoreline is always low

2:Team form: checking the formation of both teams is also very important.pick teams that have a low history of low
Scoring matches where they tend to score and concede fewer goals(just a little enlightenment, concede here means allowing opponents to score against them) and there are some leagues that should be avoided in this case.

3.Head to head stats: check the previous matchups between both teams..if they have a good history of playing less than 2.5 goals then it would be a good indication and selection for an 3.5 prediction
These are just some ideas I have I'm new to the forum and I'm open to learn

If you a daily bettor, its not worth with the risk to bet only on Under 3.5.
Most of Under 3.5 usually comes with a low payout, e.g: 1.4x 1.3x or even lower than that.
Yeah I understand the chance to win that bet is bigger but if we lose 1 bet with that odds = we must win 3 bets to make it even.

Lower odds isn't a guarantee, but I'd much rather bet a game under 3.5 paying x1.4 vs betting a game under 3.5 paying 3.45. Safe bets aren't bad bets, but also not guaranteed wins.

Even a bettor were able to properly execute those pointers given by OP, just accept the fact that betting under 3.5 is always a tough bet.

Seriously, even how good you are at analyzing, and knows both team statistics and past performance, betting under 3.5 is no doubt should associate with luck. Not unless intentional, that betting option was really a hard one to predict. If that just easy, many should already gaining profits from betting on it.

Those tips are also an obvious thing to do in general regardless of the betting option we choose.

All the tips that you have shared can be followed and the game will still go sideways with bets lost. One thing every football fan knows about the game is that the sport is highly unpredictable and sometimes there are no sure facts and tips the gambler should follow to make sure that they win. Sports betting on football heavily involves luck and then a bit of research. Research will tell you about the team strength and their statistics coming from their previous games, while luck will ensure that whatever bets you placed, will go your way. You need the two to be successful in sports betting on football games.

Adding to your top 3 tips, analyzing coach tactics and historical data between the two opponents is a good idea. You are correct.these tips doesn't guarantee a bet to win. These are a few steps that ensures a bet on a team is not bad.
I think anyone looking out for guarantees in bets shouldn’t be gambling. Gambling is one place where you’ve got almost zero guarantees and even your wins are subject to principles else, you could lose them just like that.

To add to what’s been discussed, while looking at the head yo head between teams, I’ll like yo go the length and name just one team and a coach that have been known to play his games around the under score line. That team is Atlectico Madrid, managed by Simeone. His never been known to want a lot of goals even on a very good day and so, when you see Atlectico Madrid having so many goals on there score line, you could tell the team is out for fun.

Using the under 3.5 football betting strategy is good but to win consistently using this strategy, you have to bet on lower leagues. The Spanish second division, Brazilian and some south-american leagues are where you should consider because of high probability hitting a win with the an under 3.5.

If I want to choose over and understand matches, I prefer to make research just like the OP said already and also just go for not more than either over or under 2.5 which are of higher odds than the 3.5. But sometimes the odd can be high for under 3.5 if the team that is playing is strong and scoring very well. But normally I prefer casinos than bookies because bookies are using odds to scam unlike high odds in casinos.

Op this thread was not manufactured from your head but it was help from AI and you edit the AI work your, just look at the following from the AI.

When selecting an under 3.5 football prediction, consider the following tips:

Team Statistics: Analyze the defensive records of both teams. Look for teams that have a history of conceding fewer goals in their recent matches.

Head-to-Head Performance: Check the past encounters between the teams. If they have a history of low-scoring matches, it could be an indication that the upcoming game might also have fewer goals.
Op you paraphrased the AI work to suit yourself. And I advise you to stop using AI.
I don't see the @OP is clearly use AI to post.

I think under 3.5 in football is all about how many goals that will be scored in that match and that under 3.5 means that the goals that will be scored should not be above 3 in total.
Yes that is what under 3.5 means in football while over 3.5 means otherwise.

So depending on whether 3 goals is too much or not, doing analysis is on teams that won't score more than 3 goals. Teams that are likely not scoring type are best pick for such odds so that no matter what happens it won't exceed 3 goals. For example teams like Manchester city will not be considered for such option because they alone on the average score more than 3 goals or 3 goals in amatch. Therefore we have to consider players in the team and there scoring ability.
What I just noticed is that the odds are set in a way it will not favour the gamblers. In matches like Manchester United, you will see under 3.5 to be of high odd because the bookeis know that Manchester United can score up to that goals. In this type of match, I prefer to choose over 2.5 for Manchester United matches in total goals.

I mean, those really obvious. I can add one more obvious thing, make sure the team don't have a creative midfielder and pure striker, so they might not scored many goals.

I was expect something that could add more information instead of looking to the obvious thing, maybe when the match is played by two strong teams or something like that.

I have gone through the post of OP, I have nothing to add and the reason I was unable to post something because OP has said it all. He also mentioned historical data which is the head to head he talked about. Also the team forms is also about historical data.

It should be on the top priority for anyone who is keen on getting success in football betting.
