in my opinion, you must keep in mind that your pain is expensive, then you will start a healthy lifestyle. and tips from me you have to start with breakfast, drink more water, avoid fast food and try to regulate your sleep patterns to be better.

Every time before going to bed, pour a glass of water and say three times to yourself "tomorrow I will wake up at 8 am (or other time you need) fresh and rested" and imagine the time on the clock. Drink half a glass of water. When you wake up in the morning - drink the second half of the glass. It works, tested on my own experience Wink

You need to eat healthy foods. And do some exercise. Avoid vices especially smoking and drinking too much alcohol. Don't stress yourself to much and mostbe happy and contented

Have a daily schedule that you follow no matter what. For me, it is a life principle to always have lunch around 12 - 1 pm and breakfast every morning. In the beginning it was hard, but now I just got used to it Smiley

So its simple
mc donalds and food like mc donald is your enemy
read product composition and dont buy this with chemical components
dont smoke also weed is enemy and resign with alcohol (not all of course)
fresh air and sport can be helpfull
