Tips to Use AWS coupons for normal cheaper cloud storage(I'm a newbies to AWS)

hi mates, i've seen AWS coupons at good price here... also i've seen some introduction videos about AWS ...but since most of the btc members are experts with AWS, i would like to ask the following questions to all...

1.) is it fine to buy and use more than 1 $100 AWS coupon in the same AWS account...is there any limit to use it??
2.) what is the best way to use the AWS for cloud storage... AWS have tons of service, i found S3 service is interesting for cloud storage.
3.) how do you use AWS for your daily purpose (not as a DEV) ...just as a normal person.
4.) comparison about AWS vs Google Cloud ... what is your preference and why??

i saw $100 as cheap as $4 here... so is it wise to buy one here and give it a try??? should i look for something specific while buying the codes...so it won't have trouble when redeeming it....
